How funny that they believe in walls when it suits them.
It may be part of Biden's State of the Nation address (Jan 20th).
They may try to inflate the whole pandemic baloney and hold it outside the White House instead of on the Congressional floor.
Parkes says they are gonna move it to March, which is the first I've heard of moving the State of the Nation address. (Spare me the Parkes hate, I'm just a messenger and it isn't even a tall claim with bumbling, fumbling Biden unable to speak without a Hollywood studio force-feeding him his lines)
It does support my assassination theory, though.

I believe he is both.
I think it is highly probable that the Real Biden is long since dead.
But I also think the actor has dementia.
If they try to get rid of him they risk him going critical mass Alzheimer's and spilling all the beans.
I believe him getting confused about where he grew up (Scranton) is genuine. He has no clue who he is anymore.
That's not to say his handlers' faction also might have changed a couple times; he wouldn't even notice. The White Hats could be feeding him lines at this point, and he'd be none the wiser.

Looks to be encircling the water fountain, using the perimeter fence as well. No water in fountain, waterfall is off as well. May have froze up and have to be repaired.
