Ok guys. I do audit compliance on EXXONS. I visit the gas station and look for infractions deemed by EXXON and if the owner is complying with EXXON standards. Now I also have placed these stickers on pumps and know that it is a nationwide thing. While I was onsite I went to the guidelines to look up something specifically and found that Exxon has specifically named that sticker as graffiti. We have made that sticker nationally recognized. Keep up the good work guys.

I am upset that all of my - Everything Woke Turns to Shit / Trump 2024 or Sooner stickers keep fading. No one takes them down as I made a 3ft sticker slapper to get them nice up high where either a ladder or lerch is needed to mess with them.
Good idea on the clear coat. There is a product called pur15 that I used to use on car frames, stuff can take a hit with a sledge hammer and not break.
The por 15 is not as good as it used to be. They changed the formula a few years ago.
When it first came out,I used it on a cars frame. You could legit hit it with a hammer.wouldnt even scratch it. I walked around for 6 months with black stains all over face,arms and hands. I bet the spot on the shop floor is still there 20 something years later.
This new stuff must be topcoat or it'll turn chalky white. If you get it on you or the floor.wait 10 minutes and peel it off.
There is a chassis paint for big trucks that works like the original por 15. I forget the name of it though.

I took a 3' piece of garden bamboo. Then took a like a 3x5" piece of plastic. Heat gunned the plastic to make about 1/2" bendable tabs. Heavy duty black gorilla tape the plastic to the stick.
For use, I peel the back of the sticker and reverse face it so that only the 1/2 tabs touch the sticky part. Slap it up high & push upwards after contact. Use the back side of the slapper to push any part of the sticker that is still no down.

Off topic but still gasoline related. Our family has a few oil wells. The pumper says there is a lot of oil in storage. The problem is the company can't find anyone to truck it. We need to get a print who can print them on some better stock. I have used stickers / asset tags that you literally have to use a razor blade to remove them or a heat gun. I would watch spraying anything from a can as that can be really construed worse in context of a crime as compared to a sticker (Realize that both can be considered for vandalism, thinking the can will be tied into tagging versus a simple sticker)
