For a normal president in his first term, yes. They'd be wary of expending more political capital. But the Biden admin has been pushing the mandate since the beginning. They will continue to do so.
The checkmate is on the health workers. And that will trickle down to the People in diminishing healthcare availability and quality.

I listed to Josh Szeps on Joe Rogan today and he flat out asked Josh if he worked for the State as it seemed he challenged, or was combative about all things vax/covid pertaining to Australia and in-general. It was interesting to hear his take on the situation there. From what he said, he didn't think it was anywhere near the degree that the "American Far Right-Wingers like Tim Pool" believe it is. The part about Tim Pool being far right gave me a good laugh.

The justices he's picked have a pretty shitty track record so far, and even in this ruling they fucked it up by letting the mandate stand for healthcare workers.
Honestly, aside from this partial win today, no other decision they've made would have been any different from Obama appointees, so I'm sorry Jr, but your dad could have made far far far better choices than these three clowns.

Kav most certainly did not come thru. He's responsible for keeping the health workers mandate in effect.
They were ruling on whether the FJB admin had the constitutional authority to rule over providers using medicaid/Medicare. Their ruling was correct.... Just like FJB can mandate the military get the Vax....
But that's... all providers. Esp after covid hit, with the $39,000 medicare bribe to put people on ventilators.
That's like saying the gov't can mandate to any person who took a stimulus check.
It's likely they are Q-plants and threw out the Texas case because it HAD to be this way.
I've got my doubts about Kav now. COnsidering how much Graham blustered at his confirmation hearings, now realizing it was all a BS show by Graham. So I've got plenty of doubts re: SCOTUS, yet.
