Occasionally people here try to get us to hate on Governor DeSantis. I will have no part of that.
I like this guy a lot.
Desantis is a good guy.
I can't criticize when my governor looks like she's dipped into a vat of slightly warmed beef tallow before every camera appearance
I don't care if my Governor is a vat of slightly warmed beef tallow as long as she isn't a corrupt murderous pyschopath bent on the destruction of her cities and her State.
All the shitlibs reeeeing about this have no problem with the federal government not enforcing its own immigration laws.
The more I see DeSantis in action, the more I like him. And NO I do not want to see him run for President unless and until we have someone just as wise to replace him!
Agreed. FL needs him more than the U.S. right now.
I am grateful at least one governor understands the 10th amendment. Good for him. How can any governor NOT take an action against a government that would do this? I just hope he has the gumption to jail any feds that try to oppose him. Like Jan 6th jail them.
Amen!
That's the spirit!
Thank God for Florida. There will actually be a state that will have a success story and everyone can point to, to highlight that not firing unvaxxed is really beneficial
Medicare and Medicaid will enforce it with penalties. Unfortunately. Wish there was a way around that!
Exactly. There is little the Governor can do when it comes to reimbursement through CMS. This is an insurance issue through Medicare/Medicaid. If the institutions want to get paid, they must be approved as a provider. If an institution does not meet the criteria for certification, they will lose the ability file for reimbursement. It is no different with any other insurance carrier - there is a certification process that requires certain standards to be met by a provider in order to get that certification. The state does set standards for Medicaid and run their own programs, but they do receive substantial funding from the Federal government through HHS. All HHS has to do is pull the plug on the state's funding of Medicaid for non compliance. None of these states can afford to operate those huge bloated programs without Federal dollars. So, I really don't see how DeSantis is going to stop it.
I believe THIS is exactly what Desantis's move is meant to expose.
These are the cold, hard facts about the Stranglehold the Deep State has over all of us, via it's system of tentacles and shackles, that the average Joe needs to understand before we can burn the whole house down and build again.
I'm not saying you're dooming - you're being very observant and realistic. However, Desantis has since day 1 been instrumental, via his legislation, in exposing all of the DS plans. Florida is serving not so much as The Battlefield but as The Beacon. Our Wins as a Nation and a World are going to come from more contested areas where Patriots will fight unjust laws KEPT on the books while saying "Why not do it like Florida".
It's amazing the foresight the bad guys had in building our cages. They never thought she'd lose, but now we have a LOT of fencing to cut down.
I agree. We cannot tear down the bars of the cages they built for us, sadly often with our help, unless they are first exposed. I have been trying to shine the light on the pitfalls of these socialized medical insurance behemoths for years as one from inside the system. It is as you said, very tentacled. Over time, through holding the purse strings, they have managed to strip control from a more regional and state loci to that of a handful of unelected bureaucrats in the Federal government. The average person is unaware of the deliberate intricacies of control that are baked into the cake. My comments are targeted to those that may not appreciate those intricacies. We have newbies joining every day that need to be informed.
Thank you for not taking my comments as dooming - since that was not my intention. I do appreciate the Governor's exposure and I pray we will see more like him. Ultimately it will be up to us to fight these battles. I am glad that Florida is taking a stand.
What if you don't work with patients?
An EUA product can not be mandated because it means by taking you agree to be part of an experiment.
Ban it instead.
