I present to you Chapter III of the Department of Defense Law of War Manual – Applications of the Law of War, read aloud for your listening pleasure!
This is a continuation of my DoD Law of War audio video series. As mentioned in my original thread; In translating this manual to audio and video, I hope to bring more researchers into the discussion of the Law of War manual. This manual is a quintessential document for Q research, and should be read, or listened to in its entirety by all members of The Great Awakening board.
Please use this thread to discuss any pertinent or interesting findings in the Law of War manual as you listen along. It is my intention that these stickied threads be a place for anons to gather and conduct research on individual chapters of the Law of War and any connections to the Q postings that may be found within. Chapter III of the Law of War has connections to the 11.3 marker and the topic of belligerent occupation that are worth looking into.

I thought it was a voice over program or smth. If not then Yes very pleasant voice
I used a neural synthesized voice for the project. I use my own voice extensively for the work I do by day, and as such I could never read the entire manual with consistent clarity or quality. I opted to use a synth voice for a consistent quality throughout the videos, even if that quality is less than what my voice can do at its best.
I welcome the feedback though. If you think the synth voice I chose is distracting, I can change the course of the videos. I chose what I consider to be the least distracting voice for the project, and one that I don't mind listening to for hours.

Law of War manual only applies to the USA evidently and is why we haven't won a war since WWll. There is no civilized in war. Only the US regards the safety of civilians while our enemies kill everything around them. I am not saying this is wrong morally but there is nothing moral when the shooting starts. I remember old WWll patriots talk about how they didn't take prisoners after a few that surrendered blew themselves up taking GI's with them. In Germany when the GI's found the captured POW's shot down like dogs, they decided no prisoners. Anyone they thought was spy was captured and shot. We won that war by being more ruthless than the enemy. All we needed was a bunch of lawyers to get involved and make the rules from their place of safety. My opinion anyway!

Why? Q never mentioned this at all?
It's an interesting subject but why should civilians need to study this?

BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE LAW OF WAR FOR DOD PERSONNEL
Q coded the Law of War into the Q postings.
If you have not watched Majic Eyes Qnly's Law of War The Storm series, you need to do so as soon as possible.
When Q referred to "the map," it was a reference to the connections that can be made between The Law of War and certain Q posts that, when drawn together, create a meaning greater than the sum of its parts.
The reason why Q never mentioned the Law of War was so that they could have plausible deniability when anons made the connections, and understood the plan.
We are not civilians. We are digital soldiers. It is the duty of every man to understand War.

So if you are so up-to-speed on the Law of War. What's uniform do you wear and where can I find the regulations governing your uniform? When reporting violations of the law of war up the chain of command, what is the chain of command?
Which version of the DOD ID card was issued to you?
