If a small child is standing in the way of them getting a bonus for handing out enough fines, they'll bowl the kid over without a second thought.
Yeah they won't... cops have had enough too. I won't go into detail.but I'm aware of cops turning a blind eye to other things. This is the government flailing.
Yeah same here in Australia too. No one enforces anything pretty much except for some very cucked places. The real plan was to bring in the UN police to create chaos, but apparently that didn't work out - not sure why
