There’s a reason why my family has been buying RO or distilled water from a local lady for 20+ years. Our city water is nasty and you’re completely right about the fluoride.
I have a whole house filtering system. I then take tap water and run it through more filters and alkalize it. Then I distill all our drinking water. May be overkill but I don't trust anyone anymore at all.
The water at my town (Germany) is far over 400, 489 when we measured the last time. It's the minerals, you know (yeah, for sure, fuckers). After reverse osmosis it's 2-4ppm. I like my filtered water.
No you don't. That's an unsubstantiated falsehood. Distilled water has been demonized for a reason.
And really, distilled water is just pure water. Are you telling me pure water is bad for a person? Why are you so concerned with minerals? All the minerals you need should be in your food, not your water.
That's what I tell people when they say that. If you are relying on water for minerals in your diet you are definitely doing something very wrong. The amounts that are in water are so small it barely matters.
Actually, distilled water is frowned upon because it contains NO minerals. We need minerals, so I hope you have that liquid mineral thing you can add to your water.
That's incorrect. You don't want water with minerals in it because they're inorganic. Do you eat dirt? How about rocks? Those are minerals.
You know what does eat dirt and rocks? Plants. They convert rocks and dirt to food via photosynthesis so we can then eat the plants. Any mineral in your water is not going to be correctly assimilated by your body.
I used to drink distilled water exclusively, BUT i heard from several sources, that distilled water is BAD for you, BECAUSE (minerals etc) tend to be suspended in water, and if they aren’t in the water you drink, then the distilled water will pick up the minerals in your body, leaving you with a deficiency.
Yeah, I heard the same thing and then learned about organic vs inorganic minerals and realized the person/people that parrot that talking point don't know the difference between the two either.
I mean, we have doctors injecting people with poison and think it's medicine. Don't trust everyone you listen to... Even if the concept is popular. Because it could just be that more retards believe it too.
Our minerals should not come from water. Our bodies aren't designed for it.
She Talks about drinking Steam Distilled Water only, and why that is good for your body.
I have a Solar Evaporation Water Distiller that I use the water for adding to my Solar System Battery's. I Asked Katja about drinking that Distilled Water after her presentation, she said that would be good, as it is evaporated.

I have a distiller and distill all my drinking water... Distilled water is the best water (because distilled water is simply just water)!!!

I am also a vegan. I get all my minerals from the vegetables that the cows eat. Can't beat a good steak.
I get it... I test my distilled from time to time just to make sure it's still doing the job... 0-4 PPM is distilled and mine is usually 2-3ppm.
It's so delicious too!
My tap water is around 145-150ppm.
We have the same mind when it comes to water.
What test do you use

Wow ... and yes you shouldn’t.

so if i'm buying those gallon water jugs at the grocery store, do i choose spring water, distilled water, purified water?
which is the best and why?
and thanks.
Purified.
We just went down this rabbit hole a few months ago and switched. We buy A LOT of water
That's what they tell you because they don't want you drinking it. "Have some nice tap water, it contains fluoride which is good for you."
Fluoride is probably what causes most people to start scrutinizing their water supply.
Theres several options out there, for water. Just gotta invest some time

Your data on this subject is grossly incorrect.
For the vast majority of human existence, humans have had to drink from whatever fresh water source was available, for example, a lake, or stream.
And the water in lakes, streams, wells, etc has LOTS of minerals suspended in the water.
Thats why your water distilled gets “limed up” with minerals that you have to use vinegar etc to clean off your distiller surfaces.
The reason i went with distilled water, wasn’t really for my own health, but so that my coffee maker wouldn’t lime up.
Im Currently using “purified drinking water” from the grocery store, which is packaged in sketchy plastic jugs that leeches plastic into the water.
I should just run a pipe from my rain gutter straight into my coffee maker

Don’t take my word for it.

People arent saying that we should get minerals from water.
People are saying distilled water depletes the minerals you already have inside you.
Idk whats true. Im open minded.
Been into weird water stuff since the 1980’s
