You do understand the whole system is rigged in CA right?! CA citizens overwhelmingly did not vote these people in. They were installed just like Newsome. CA is the most corrupt state in America!
The residents of New York and Illinois beg to differ with you on the last point. They pride themselves in world class corruption. The first two = 100% spot on.

Yeah, maybe, but that 70% to recall incumbents is high. This could also imply that their algorithm to keep their win just over 50% isn't working.
I suppose you might be right & they might just throw money at their preferred candidates in low level races like these. So in this case that would mean their propaganda is having much less effect as things get closer to home like children.
Or maybe the public is waking up in general. Other friends not connected to GAW seem to notice more things coming out & more things allowed on social media

In our area, the school boards are unpaid, volunteer positions. I don't know why anyone would cling to the 'job' if they were not being well-received.
They we're hired (elected) to execute an agenda.
