The Queen is a figurehead. Policy is made in Parliament in the UK. The people you're looking for are. The guy you're looking for is named Boris Johnson. He's the Prime Minister. And then you'd be looking at a very long list of UK health officials who run the NHS.
Keep in mind it was the Queen who cut off Megan Markle's access, and it was the Queen who stripped Prince Andrew of his titles. This woman has a very long history and I'm not going to attempt to defend it all, but she has gotten a few things right recently.
Heresay but a friend of Princess Diana's said that she (Princess Diana) told her that she saw the queen shape shift.
IF there are such beings disguised among us, I would certainly suspect this head of state who seems to live forever and who doesn't look quite normal or even human at times, the older she gets.

Okay it was actually two friends of Princess Diana. One, named (I guess lol) Arizona Wilder, who claims to be a former mind controlled sex slave. And another, Christine Fitzgerald.
Arizona Wilder claims she was present when the shape shifting took place and that it was done purposely in front of Princess Diana, pretty much to intimidate her.
And then Christine Fitzgerald said that Princess Diana told her about this same encounter.

Right? I wasn't 100% sure about the existence of God, etc. but now I am, because these people are controlled by Satan. So I mean I think most of us believe that's the case, so things like reptilians don't seem as big of a stretch anymore.

It just showed ivermetcin pills, it didn't say or suggest she was taking it, or did I miss something.
It showed stromectol pills, which is another name for ivermectin.
Stromectol is much more expensive than IVM, they have added a molecule and re-patented it.

I have had another look at this clip, it says it is IVM , in small print under the big print of Stromectol.
Obviously ivermectin is shown, but that doesn't mean the queen was administered any.
