I've ordered some quite high strength nattokinase supplement capsules and have started taking them. My rationale is that the "rubbery clots" which embalmers are finding my many of the recently dead are fibrin build ups in the blood vessels due to the vax.
I want to be able to offer solutions to vaxxed people who wake up and realise that they are at high risk of developing clots or may already have them. I wan to have tried the substance myself, as i already have done previously with ivermectin so that I can say that for me at least, it's safe.
nattokinase is an enzyme produced by bacteria which grow in the Japanese food "natto" which is fermented soya beans. This enzyme is known already to break down existing clots just by dissolving the rubbery fibrin in them. The enzyme is also known for treating scar tissue, fibromyalgia, migraine, arthritis, sinus polyps and high blood pressure.
I've been taking it for 2 days now. I noticed immediate changes. My sinuses cleared within an hour or two, both sides. This seems to quick to be connected, but it was my experience. I have a 28 year old knee injury which is unstable and tight at the same time and has arthritis in it. Within a day I could tuck this leg into approaching a lotus position because the ligaments were that bit looser. It also hurts less with the arthritis.
My pulse has dropped from 49 bpm to 43 bpm. There are only these two data points so far.
So far, my experience has been very positive with my nattokinase experiment and I'm glad I tried it. Hopefully I'll be able to recommend it someone who really needs it.
Be advised that nattokinase is counter-indicated for those on blood thinners and/or BP meds.
Good addition. Thank you.
It's also contra indicated before surgery - you have to stop it at least two weeks before.
Do you mean "contraindicate"? I'm only saying because it seems to fit. The other thing is to be especially careful of not throwing off your bio-chemical balance. The human body always tries to maintain an optimal balance. In other words, the body will compensate for drugs. This happens more common than people know. Ask bodybuilders that used anabolic steroids and permanent low testosterone levels.
yes, it will increase clotting time. I had my dad on warfarin (coumadin) and he didn't want to quit his Natto, because they have different mechanisms of action. it was not a problem as long as I kept him on the same daily dose. the warfarin dose is adjusted weekly according to PT/INR.
I seldom ever use allopathic drugs. It's always a last resort. For a fantastic natural blood thinner that's better than any synthetic blood-thinner, try Cayenne pepper. It's a very powerful vasodilator. It works faster than aspirin and has no side effects. Sprinkle a capsule worth in your Green tea. Use a tea spoon in hot hater and drink it down in case of chest pain and oncoming heart attack.
The effect of cayenne pepper on your body is dramatic, even literally instant and no more so than with the heart. Dr. John Christopher, the famed natural herbalist, was persecuted relentlessly by the government for his practice of herbal medicine. One of his greatest stories in his long career was how he could instantly stop a heart attack if he could get the patient to drink a glass of warm cayenne water. He said, “A teaspoon of cayenne should bring the patient out of the heart attack.”
Sounds like BS? Well, University of Cincinnati (UC) scientists have found that capsaicin, the main component of cayenne, may literally stop a heart attack in its tracks when applied topically. New research just published in the journal "Circulation" concludes that a common, over-the-counter pain salve containing capsaicin rubbed on the skin during a heart attack could serve as a cardiac-protectant — reducing or even preventing damage to the heart. The researchers found an amazing 85 percent reduction in cardiac cell death when capsaicin was used.
This is the most powerful cardioprotective effect ever recorded, according to Keith Jones, PhD, a researcher in the UC department of pharmacology and cell biophysics.
You know those capsaicin back pain patches you can buy at Walgreens for a couple dollars? They have far more use than back pain. They can be applied to the chest or other areas as well.
I take a cayenne capsule (100,000 SHU --Scoville Heat Units) at supper every night along with a ginger capsule. It really opens up the veins. It doesn't matter how cold it is outside in a northern winter, I sleep with hardly a bed sheet at night. I stay so warm.
Powerful info!!
What are the benefits of the ginger capsule?
That's got to be a record for a post made some 10 months ago.
Ginger is said to be very good for the return side of blood flow. In other words, blood returning to the heart. The big 3 are cayenne, ginger, and turmeric. Turmeric is expensive as a result of its well-publicized health benefits. I tend to go with just cayenne and ginger........ With ginger and turmeric you can also buy the root. Slice off a thin piece and put it between your teeth and gum or add it to tea or a smoothie and drink it.
Thanks for the response, I read a post on nattokinase than did a search for other posts. I have been having issues from shedding. All heart related tests have come back normal, blood work was good other then an elevated d dimer. There is an ongoing Canadian study on what they call long covid citing the problem as micro clotting in the lungs, which matches the symptoms I have. Since the study participants all came down with symptoms after the Vax was released I'm assuming the study participants were also vaxxed. The cayenne pepper info was most interesting. Thanks for taking the time to share.
I'm glad I can be of some help. Here some more tidbit I just wrote on the subject.
I bought 3 lbs. of 130,000 Scoville Heat Unit (SHU) cayenne pepper. It gets more use than table salt. Ever mix some cayenne in organic jelly? It's sweet, hot, and nasty! I love it on toast in the morning.
Because of my age, I watch my intake of sugar for obvious reasons, but also reasons based on Nature. Plants use sugars to attract animals to eat. This is typically in the form of ripe fruit that have seeds and the mechanism is that the seeds pass through the animal and is deposited in animal's feces that fertilize the next generation of fruit bearing plant.
In plants sugar is also used to attract insects for pollination and in the case of the Venus fly trap and other 'carnivorous' plants used to attract and trap insects. Honey bees make and store honey for the cold winter months when there aren’t enough flowers to feed on. Honey contains 82.4 percent sugar (carbohydrates) and bees use it to fuel the high demands that their work requires.
Bottom line is that sugar is an energy booster. Dr. Zelenko prompted me to think about a statement he made about his 'COVID' protocol. He said-- "Zinc is the bullet. It kills the virus". Quercetin gets zinc inside the cell.
Well, is it possible that capsaicin in cayenne helps sugar to enter inside the cell for energy? Capsaicin will stop a heart attack in its track. Not only that, but it will prevent necrosis (death) of the heart cells. Strokes too.
I believe there may be 'something' to my theory for an effective energy boost using cayenne in jam. To me, it works better than a cup of coffee.
Recently my sons and I went to a Mexican restaurant. Their salsa was mild so I asked for their strong stuff. The Mexican waiter brought over a red bottle and a little green one and warned me that the green bottle was so hot it made him cry.
I tested some after he left. I tasted a little 'zing', but nothing overwhelming by any means. So, I loaded up my burrito with lots of the green stuff and wolfed it all down without any regrets whatsoever. The waiter came back later to check on me. He asked me which one I tried. With food in my mouth, I pointed to the little green bottle. He saw that the bottle was half gone and he said-- "Wow, I'm impressed. You know your salsas!"
I've been taking 100,000 SHU cayenne for as long as I can remember. I decide to up the game to 130,000. If you're a beginner, best that you start out with 50,000, then work your way up. I admit I bought way too much of the stuff (3 lbs.), but it has set me on a determined path to use it up. So, I put it on nearly everything I can think of; Eggs, mac&cheese, chicken, hamburger, kombucha, lemonade, ginger tea, etc. Sleeping at night in the dead of winter is having to pull of the blanket and cover half of myself with just the bed sheet, if I even do that. It's amazing stuff for blood circulation.
That's amazing information. Thank you! Perhaps it's a good idea to travel with a sachet of cayenne pepper and an aspirin tablet in case somebody has a heart attack.
Another think worth having might be sodium bicarbonate in case someone is having an immune cascade such as anaphylactic shock. I have heard that that helps.
I'm in my retirement years. If I get a pain in my chest, I immediately grab a cayenne capsule and take it. I'm sure it's just a muscle spasm or cramp because otherwise heart-wise I'm healthy, but I don't mess around when rather sudden 'anomalies' occur. If it I get throat indigestion; that feeling of having to burp, or a shoulder pain, I get cayenne in me. It's very helpful to know the signs leading up to a heart attack. So, what you stated is a good idea.
Found this very interesting. Has anything changes in the last 10 months since you mentioned these things?
Yes, contra, not counter.
Thanks, I thought it might have been a typo.
That's very very low pulse rate. You must be over 65 years old. What brand Nattokinase are you using? Recommend? For your arthritis, read -- "The Borax Conspiracy. How the Arthritis Cure has been stopped". The author, Walter Last, has to be very careful on using the word "cure". But, I don't have to be. It absolutely cured my arthritis I struggled with for over 10 years. And 3 other people I know, it did the same who take it regularly.
I'm a stocky man in my late forties in pretty good health. I'm 5foot9 and 81kgs. I'm using Vita Pharma , Blackpool. It's just one of the many brands on ebay.
Borax huh? I never know that borax was good for arthritis. Thank you!
Yes, if you read the article I provided, it'll really open your eyes to the commonality of this mineral deficiency in our diets. That article lists 26 sources from studies showing the benefits of borax/boron for health and curing most arthritis. Borax is a salt that is mined in several places around the world. Borax's toxicity is about the same as sodium chloride (table salt).
To get a dose of 7 mg of boron per day, dissolve one level teaspoon of borax in one quart/litre of water to make a concentrated solution. Take a teaspoonful of this concentrate twice daily with meals.
Take 3 to 7 mg of boron per day for optimal health, if you have no specific problems. Here's a website on how to make it.
For arthritis, osteoporosis, muscle cramps, joint pain or stiffness, or low hormone production take 10 mg or more per day for several months or longer until your ailment has sufficiently improved. Borax will dissolve in about 100 degree temperature (F) water and I add it to my juice in the morning. I take a tablespoon of borax solution, which equates to about 21 to 25 mg of boron. The French have one of the lowest arthritis rates in the world and their diet contains about 35 mg boron daily.
Thank you very much!
I could have sworn there was some in my multivitamin. Now I look again and it has copper, manganese, selenium, chromium, molybdenum and iodine, but not boron.
All this knowledge and the medical establishment doesn't mention basic mineral deficiencies.
The RoundUp (glyphosate) farmers spray on their crops, especially GMO crops, actually prevents the plants from absorbing minerals from the ground. These plants are really unhealthy plants that bear unhealthy produce. Glyphosate is especially good at preventing plant absorption of minerals and thwarts it by some 50%.
In 1933, a Senate report reported that US farm land soils were severely depleted of minerals. We can assume that NKP fertilizer doesn't really address the overall problem.
Glyphosate really is nasty stuff! I know someone with multiple myeloma which she puts down to a one time heavy glyphosate exposure.
Darn these globalists. The sooner they're out of commission the better!
Doctors would cure most ailments by noting vitamin deficiencies years ago, now they wouldn't know what to look for and just prescribe drugs.
Great advice - much cheaper than capsules - thanks!
Amazing what you learn on here!
It is extremely low, but not unusual for endurance athletes like marathon-runners.
Yes, it is. My heart rate is usually very low and so is my blood pressure. I don't have any issues like positional hypotension or anything. I have no issues with it.
Unfortunately, I'm not athletic because I've never had a very good oxygen transport system, having a good circulation system is only part of being athletic.
I’ve been takin nattokinase for years due to heart/clotting issues. I haven’t had any problems; just don’t take any meds that cause my blood to thin. I haven’t had any problems with bleeding and I get cuts often in my job.
What do you think of my idea of the vaxxed taking it?
That was my first thought when I heard about the clots in the vaxxed
This study support that Nattokinase is SAFE when taken appropriately and if you are NOT taking blood-thinner drugs. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15231565
https://archive.is/4q2xC
As for Natto, in summary, "natto contains a specific type of vitamin K2, known as MK-7, it might interfere with blood-thinning drugs like warfarin when consumed in high amounts. For this reason, you should check with your doctor before adding this fermented soy to your diet if you’re currently taking any blood thinners."

Thanks fren!
That's a very old post you are commenting on. I'm not sure if anyone else will see your comment
I was right though, wasn't I!
Please investigate SERRAPEPTASE also! Great proteolytic enzyme great for breaking up fibrin.
Can be taken with Nattokinase Fren!
Yes, that was second on the list. I'll do more research.
PoU: are you still taking Natto supplements? Still working out okay?
Just wondering which one specifically you take, I'd like to get some for my vaccinated friends.
I stopped taking them after a while, mostly because I don't really need them and I want to keep the tablets for others, but I found that my scarred knee was a bit more prone to injury when I was on them. I guess they soften the scar tissue,
I took "Vita Pharma" I got them from ebay in pouches of tablets.
thank you!
How much are you taking? I've been taking this for a few years now.
The capsules are 6000fu (200mg)
Why take it? Did you have to get vacxed?
No.
I got the 'rona really bad in mar 2020 and my lungs were wrecked for 6 months. I couldn't even eat or talk without stopping to gasp. I certainly could not walk up a hill. I'm much better now and I don't suppose I have any remaining circulatory issues from then.
I have not taken the vax , but my wife has and I want to have been taking supplements like NAC and nattokinase for a while in front of her with no apparent ill effects before i recommend she takes them. Currently, she won't take them because she doesn't see the need, but she is tired every day and often needs to sleep and her pulse is elevated. I blame the 3 vaxes she has taken.
I'm taking it to pilot it for others who actually need it more than I do.
Well God speed. Just please be careful. That's interesting, I've probably had the rona and didn't realize. I too was extremely winded. Also anyone I know who's gone through it with symptoms experienced the same breathlessness afterwards.
Are you sleepy or tired with that heart rate?
Exercise a lot?
My resting HR all my life is 88-92. BP never below 145/96...all my life . Even on big dose of Ca++ channel blocker and a. ARB. Cholesterol never below 220...all my life.
Was 2nd fastest in high school in the 70's. 6A school. Fast twitch.
Not overweight and still athletic and stronger than 2 men . Broke/bent a mattock yesterday. Nice one, too. Bent a timber roller 3 days ago, but I lifted the tree! Got the mesomorph gene...my whole family did. 5'10" 225lb
Firm believer in not treating numbers and in the bell-shaped curve.
No, I'm not sleepy or tired.
I don't exercise a lot, but I am very active including having to lift and carry my severely disabled son who is around 31 kg and not always compliant.
I went on a fast walk today including steep hills and I'm fitter than I have been for years. I didn't get seriously out of breath. My knee didn't hurt either. it was great!
I'm fast twitch mesomorph too. I can saw through loads of wood, recover for a few minutes and do it again, but I can't do endurance running.
You sound completely fit to me. We're just built a little different.
How on earth did you break a mattock anyway? I'm not lending you mine!!!
Interested in the nattokinase, as well.
Every joint hurts everyday. I always say, "fights, football, foolishness and car wrecks" got me here...fun getting here considering
You'd love hiking and creek-hopping down the mountains around here ! My knees say No! to me.
No, I can't creek hop -whatever that is!
Someone kicked my knee on the outside in a soccer game at uni and my leg just folded inwards. It swelled up huge but i didn't get it treated, it's been unstable and painful ever since and the tibia is much too mobile now so I also have ankle problems that side. I think I ruptured a cruciate ligament and also tore the cartilage. On top of that, my kneecaps are both hypermobile congenitally and can dislocate, especially the injured one. Just don't talk about knees!
As wise frens here said - do your research before trying such a supplement. I'd love it you got back to me if you decided to try it.
Yeeouch!
Creek hopping is running down the creek/stream just on the rocks as fast as you can ...could! Like ninja warrior before it's time lol
Retired RX...I got this and will do!
Wow, man. Keep the faith. Hard job. Many kudos, fren.
Should've said that I BENT the wide side about 30 degrees trying/prying a stubborn shrub stump out .
I'm not sure I could do that. I'm taking you right off my arm wrestling list!
Doing God's work Anon. What strength nattokinase did you try? 6000FU ?
Thank you very much fren!
Yes, 6000fu.
Brave of you. Please be careful.
Thanks. Note that I'm not nearly brave enough to take the vax like the normies do!
But if you haven't taken it (and that's good to hear) than you won't have the fibery clots, so it wouldn't be acting to break them down. I guess you just want to make sure there are no apparently negative effects of the nattokinase.
Yes, that's right, I'm just testing the supplement out before I start suggesting it to anyone. It's all I can do.
It's a lot better to say to someone who has just realised about the clots:
"Try this clotbuster, I take it and it has these effects on me, and you can have some of my supply"
than: "Try this clotbuster, I heard about it on the internet"
edit: I know that everyone needs to do their own research and what it does to me may not apply to others.
Alright, well, it sounds like you're seeing benefits from it, so that's pretty interesting. Good of you to take one for the normies.
If I stop posting suddenly, assume the worst!
Oh gosh! Don't say that, lol.
It's hard to believe it's already been 10 months since you posted this. (I was reminded by the new post about nattokinase.) I remember when you posted this. Time flies! (And I'm glad you're still with us.) :D
Thanks fren!
One of my experiments will get me!
the "clots" aren't fibrin, theyre aggregated white blood cells
I'm not sure we can say exactly what they are until someone analyses them. I'm just going on my assumption based on the stringy rubberyness of the clots which embalmers have been finding. I assume white blood cells can't do that. My assumption could be wrong.
RBCs are malleable
The clots are white and rubbery and can be the length of a leg.
they have been analyzed, they are aggregated white blood cells. as i said. also fibrin clots are not rubbery.
Have you got a source? I'm having a hard time believing that the long clots are just white blood cells. I think of aggregated white blood cells as being like pus, which does not have as much strength as the long clots.
Do you think nattokinase which thins the blood will not help with these clots? It is known to dissolve clots in general.
Yes, do thorough research!
