Honestly, I'm using MS Edge and Bing. I had been using Chrome and Google. Google search was tops for like 95% of stuff I searched for, occasionally I used DDG.
Then I got an MS Surface tablet and Chrome ran for shite on it so I switched to Edge and also gave Bing a fair shake. While still being filtered I'm sure, I've enjoyed Bing quite a bit more than Google in that it returns much better results.
Nothing I do on my computer concerns me much if it's being tracked, and if they really wanted to track me, it doesn't matter what browser or search engine I use. So at this point I'll stick with what I'm using, but if TS were to have something in the works, I'd switch!

To be completely fair, search engines do rank results based on relevancy to the search terms. HOWEVER, his admission that they're going to tamper with it basically renders the results garbage.
Agree. A search engine, that just showed you all results with zero tailoring, would be great in 1997 and a complete train wreck in 2022.
