The man's name was Anwar al-awlaki. He was born and raised in America. As he got older, he appeared to have been radicalized - and his writings and speeches influenced acts of terrorism.
The man was considered a most wanted terrorist - and placed on a kill list by Obama. Think about that for a minute. The President of the US placed an American citizen on a kill list - and executed him - without a trial, or jury.
It was the single most chilling thing a President has done to the Constitution since the founding of our nation. It should tell you precisely what they think about you and your rights.

The irony is that they gave it to him for having done nothing (very early on in their presidency) and he ended up making the proud (by bombing the stuffing out of everyone and their cousin). It made them look like the idiots that they are. By the way, their regret was "Fact Checked False" by Snopes so we know it's almost certainly true.
Taking a page from 1984, if Obama is worthy of a Peace prize, than War truly is Peace to them.
