Building the platform is not the key to its survival, or growth in my view, it is getting traffic, or people to use it, to gain social standing, to make a buzz more or less. When people use, funds are generated, platform is improved which generates more traffic.
Back in the early 90', in the early days of personal computers, OS/2 was much more advanced, was a much better, more efficient operating system than MS-Windows. Notwithstanding the reasons MS gained market dominance, (IBMs we will always dominate mentality) more people used Windows, so more apps were developed for Windows, so more people used those cool apps and so on and so forth.
This is why new video game consoles tend to launch with big budget first party games so gamers will have a reason to jump on board. Deep state corps have been enjoying first mover advantage so it'll be tough to get people to migrate if these platforms aren't dealt with in some way. It's hard to stop those snowballs. The signs are there that this is on the agenda tho.
One thing I know for sure is that if your not giving out of the little you have, you would find some justification for not giving out of the lot, if you had it.

Every time I get a text, or call from on of them jayhawkers I tell them to go fuck themselves, and that they should be ashamed of taking part in a scheme to destroy private home ownership by squeezing out individuals who want to own a home.
The only way I got the house I live in now, which was a foreclosure sale is because my wife knew it was coming on market, and had all the paperwork and approvals completed even before it did, so that when it hit the market, we submitted a bid for asking price. We beat them to the punch. And we got wind that some realtors in the area were pissed off that we beat them.
I feel the number popping up might be too many already. I’m probably missing something. There’s GAB which I rarely use. Gettr which I won’t use. TS: which I wish I could use. I just deleted FB recently which was extremely satisfying and life changing.
I quite FB along time ago. Quit twitter about a year ago when I realized that most every fuckface I replied to was a BOT. I called 100's of them BOTs and never got one reply that said, "I am not a BOT"
Now I just need to break my habit of constantly looking at news headlines, and watching Columbo episodes for the umpteenth time.. (I do enjoy Columbo though)
These days the business to get into is the "setting up cookie-cutter social media platforms" business.
Its like the dot-com boom. Great for sellers of high end office chairs or shopping cart plugins

I wrote him asking of he could make a mypillow laptop tray that protects electromagnetic radiation, and heat that one might use when looking at laptop in prone position, like in bed.

Seem like if the intent was to make a difference in messaging instead of a difference in the bank account, all the social media dogooders would find some way to combine forces, all ventures under one umbrella so as to have more financial power instead of splitting the light so thin you can even see it shine.
I have this feeling that the bad guys might be playing both side of the social media game in order to capture both markets, and to keep us sounding off in our on little echo chamber instead of taking out message to the street.
