Try again but with the Impact font in all caps, white with a black border. That's pretty much the ISO9000 meme standard. Good job though!

And it's a good one!

Minor comment: A larger font would be good. The one you're using has a nice black border to make it stand out from different colors of the background, but bumping it up a few points would make it stand out more and be readable even as a thumbnail, probably.
