I need prayers for my niece. She is in her 20’s and is having heart issues… she refused the vax because she wants babies, btw.. please pray for her

We lift up their niece to you, we ask that you would give her a complete healing, and that you would surround her with your heavenly angels, and give her peace in knowing that moving forward in her life she won’t have this problem any further. See if this breathing exercise will be helpful. Activating the parasympathetic nervous system can slow the heart rate. I have an arrhythmia (high 100s or more) and this always converts my rhythm/rate back to normal.
Breathe in deeply, through your nose and into your belly for a count of 6-8, then hold for a count of 4-6. The exhalation is the important part; it should be looooong and slooooow. I aim for a count of 30, which is difficult in an arrhythmic situation, but make it last as long as possible. Purse your lips into a small pinhole and allow as little air as possible to escape as slowly as possible. Keep going until your lungs are as empty as possible.
