TBH, ditto. Havent been to the movies in years. Don't watch Netflix, sports, whatever. Last really good movie was made in the 90s, and not so sure about that.
Time wasters suck the life out of you, literally. 3 hrs TV a day, you could master new hobbies or skills in a year or less.
I hate that I grew up without any really good kids movies. But I'm proud I could have had it worse. Cars was the first movie I recall watching and it and motorvehicles peaked my interests for the first 6 years of my life. I don't really watch movies anymore, at least not attentively. Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark (Based on the book series) came to Netflix a while back and it's damn good. The makeup for that movie is incredible.

I felt the same of Santa since I was five and an old man who resembled Santa tried to lure me to him as he started pulling down his pants. I screamed and ran to my parents. The man was chased from the store but not arrested. Always turned off about santa after that.

We were members of the Disney Vacation Club for years and would visit Disney World 3-4 times/year. Sold our membership points in November 2016. So happy we did.

I've gone out of my way to avoid Disney for quite a while. Just a shitty company as is. And apparently the man himself, Walt Disney, was a borderline fascist. Last time I went near them was to watch the Phineas and Ferb movie, because it was a great show and I miss it.
They can't afford to lose here and do not have a luxury to be anything but very, very involved. Because they all know what Disney really is, and has been. The secret has been guarded and they are on defense. Do everything you can to help them lose a tremendous amount of money. If you subsidize something, you get more of it.
