I used it properly. To loose is to let go to lose is to not be able to find. Since hope is something we hold on to I chose loose for that reason. Have you seen my hope I lost it?
I used to believe there were more good people in the world than bad. Now, I am not so sure.
After what I've seen and personally experienced over the last two years - people who I thought were my friends viciously cutting me off over politics, masks, "vaccines", and anything else that doesn't fit the leftist agenda - people I NEVER would have thought would do this -
I'm not so sure any longer.
And they did it so fast. The instant they decided they had the majority upper hand with masks and shots, they got nasty and horrible and gleeful all at once. They delighted in their tiny feelings of power at actually being able to shut people down, block them, and cancel them not just on line but In Real Life.
It's been frightening, heartbreaking, and sickening all at once. No, I don't think things will ever go back to the way they were because I will never forget what I have seen and heard and personally experienced.
It's been eye-opening, to say the least. Surprising, disappointing and even shocking in certain instances. The veil is being pulled back, exposing the truth about not only the DS players, but our friends and family as well. This has been our great awakening, God's shaking-up of our world, separating the wheat from the chaff. Painful but necessary, I'm afraid.
I needed that reminder. I just completely lost hope when I found out Jackson was confirmed. I had a pity party and a vent post and woke up to all of you pointing out some obvious truth. This community is a blessing.
Amen. Also, we as the temple of God are sanctified by Christ as our gold within, eventhough our exterior is a little rough. Greater is He who is in you, than he that is in the (woke) world.

Don't lose it, either.
I shall hold it tight and buckle it
Or lose hope as it were.
The hope shall never be loosed

Haha I agree! Keep that hope tight !
"loose" is not a verb. You can "let loose" of hope, but you cannot "loose" hope.
I think I know what you were trying to say, but the language just doesn't work that way.
It was in 1611 english
Now, I see, I misspelled it? Either way thanks for keeping my mind sharp. Always need a fren!
Amen fren ! I’m with you on keeping hope alive !!

We still have our swords fren
I dont base my hope on good people. God yes. People..no fucking wzy.
What’s a “good” person? According to scripture, there are none who are righteous.
Yes there are, those who the blood of Jesus was shed for. They are them that are righteous!
Yes, we are covered, but we are not without sin. Do you live every day without sin? Doubtful.
Even thoughts can be sinful, which is why we are told to take every thought captive.
They are the good people. Regardless of their sin. Perfect no. Being molded and touched by Christ yes. That makes them good.
You are both right! We are granted imputed righteousness by the merits of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. But only He has innate righteousness.
Amen. Also, we as the temple of God are sanctified by Christ as our gold within, eventhough our exterior is a little rough. Greater is He who is in you, than he that is in the (woke) world.
I still belive the vast majority of people in this world are good. And given the chance would live in total peace with each other.
Need to break every system.of power and corruption to even start heading in that direction.
Break the cycle of lies and deciet pushed by world "leaders", media, and intelligence services around the world and we may get there someday.
That fits Jesus to a T.
