Feel like I am dying every single day because of one round of antibiotics. Big pharma once again keeps me sick.
Anyone have experience? I am searching around for the best method. Love you guys,

Do not eat sugar, grains, or fruit. Starve that fungus!
^^^^ This
So many other benefits that come along with it too.
Edit: Except the fruit. While it has sugars, its not processed sugar and the fruit has other nutritional benefits that an individual may need if they are not supplimenting certain vitamins and minerals.
I disagree. To get rid of that fungus, you gotta starve it of all sugars, including the kind in fruit. Just so you know, all of the vitamins and minerals that are in fruit can also be found in vegetables. Diabetics can also attest that fruit is not an essential food group as they must live without it. Lemons are great though. They don't have much sugar at all, tons of vitamin c and can aid in the elimination of candida by stimulating the colon and detoxing the liver.
I dont disagree with you entirely.
But fruits are not something you necessarily can or even want to permanently cut from your diet.
To wrangle a bad candida buildup though I do get it.
Fasting intermittently, in general is great and recommended too. That would and should also include fruits too.
Also when not fasting everything should be in moderation. And avoid processed foods
So just go full carnivore/keto? Trying to see how Im going to get all my calories. I have gastritis too, so it is terrible trying to eat. I've never felt so sick in my damn life.
Sorry to hear that. Most chronic gastritis is caused by a bacterial infection in the stomach, so eliminating these sugary foods may inhibit the growth of the bacteria as well. Yes, a keto type diet coincides nicely with the candida diet, however you may find that high fatty meats like bacon and sausage irritate your stomach. Perhaps keep away from those types of meats right off the bat and stick to the leaner, easier to digest proteins like chicken, lentils, light fish (tuna, cod, tilapia, salmon). But you are welcome to incorporate red meat whenever you feel like testing what your body can handle! You know your body best or at least will know it better once you are on a diet regiment like this. Avoiding the sugar, high acid-forming carbs, fruit should help against the gastritis even if it is not bacteria related since these types of foods cause inflammation and irritate the stomach lining. Also, if you aren't already taking one, I would recommend a daily probiotic capsule to help your gut bacteria fight off the H. Pylori (bad bacteria). Plus, probiotics are good against candida as well.
Here's a handy list of food that helps against candida. It just so happens that these types of foods help eliminate stomach inflammation as well: https://www.thecandidadiet.com/foodstoeat.htm
If you decide to do this diet, please let me know how it works out for you! Good luck and God Bless!
Exactly this
I used something called Aqua Flora Homeopathic Remedy for Candida Albicans and it cleared my stubborn yeast infection within a few weeks.
What were your symptoms? I have so many after those frikken antibiotics, it's like my body is shitting itself. The only thing I can think of candida with leaky gut because I am having terrible digestive symptoms too.
I am a firm believe that it all starts in the gut.
Itchiness, acne, sugar cravings. I built my gut flora up with primal defense as well.
Outside of MMS, Natural Gum Spirits mixed with honey or sugar can help as well
turpentine does work
Oil of oregano could help!
Get Kefir grains and start making homemade Kefir. Sweeten with Stevia. Your guts will thank you. We have been doing this for more than a year. This was the video that got us started, and my niece sent us some of her kefir grains. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SH7L_ZfVU3A
Btw, what is MMS?
Its chlorine dioxide. You drink it in water
Oh, thank you. I never would have guessed that from the initials mms, lol.
Download the telegram app if you don't already have it, set up your account, then join the "MMS Drinking Buddies" channel and ask them that question. They can and will help you.
Thanks! I am not the OP but this is very useful. I took some MMS when my son then husband were sick with chest congestion head cold and I could feel it coming on. Knocked it right out. I really have had a lot of success with MMS for minor illness.
Where do you get MMS?
You can get it on amazon I think that's where I got it. Let me look and see if I can find a link.
Thank you muchly!
Found it. https://www.amazon.com/Family-Health-Products-Classic-Chlorine/dp/B093T81KYH/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=mms+miracle+mineral+solution&qid=1649895386&sr=8-5
there are kits on eBay
search: miracle mineral solution
Thank you!
Eating cannabis oil destroys Candida, have MMS on hand, but that seems to work best for killing off colds early, for me.
You might also try MSM, methylsulfonylmethane, fungi hate sulfur and magnesium
Coconut oil is also said to help repel Candida albicans
Approach it from a 'terrain theory' perspective would be my advice. Diet -> general pH balance is the first attack vector for change...think in terms of reducing the resources candida thrives on and altering the terrain of your gut to not be such a nice place to live :p
Coconut oil breaks down in your stomach into acids which are present in breast milk (don't kill good microbes) but are otherwise powerfully antimicrobial. While no "doctor" will confirm or deny, I believe I successfully used coconut oil to defeat a candida infestation.
In trying to lose weight, I wondered why my body would crave things that are unhealthy. What animal evolves to crave poison? This dovetailed with proto wormpill talk on the chans, about how various microbes can influence the behaviour of their hosts. All of these poisons are just food or accelerants for microbes, who, as they get hungry, chemically signal for you to seek out their preferred foods.
It's no use trying to starve them out, they can weather droughts and winters. You have to reduce their numbers to manageable levels. Big pharma has a bunch of poisons that purport to do that. But folk wisdom holds that the cure or remedy for any sickness caused by nature is often proximal to its cause (how could it arise otherwise?) and big pharma poisons aren't proximal to shit.
As above, coconut oil is safe and very effective. In fact, the problem you'll have with coconut oil is that as it kills your harmful gut microbes, their rotting corpses passing through your digestive system will make you feel sick. If you have too much at once, you'll feel incredibly sick and will probably barf. Worse, the fact that it makes you feel sick conditions you to not want it, so you kind of have to force it down or sneak it in (my preferred method was to make a cup of hot coffee, then gently warm the coconut oil to liquid state, then take a sip of coffee, let the flavour permeate my senses, then plug my nose, take a big gulp of coco oil while my mouth still thinks it's coffee, then another sip of coffee to wash down the coco. You can still tell what happened but it's not as bad as tasting it eugh).
My patience was rewarded after 2ish months. It stopped making me sick altogether, beyond the learned discomfort from the taste and smell. I upped my dose, nothing. I doubled it to 120 mls for 3 days, still absolutely no sickness. And literally since that time, my appetite has been fully within my control. Zero cravings, unhealthy food always makes me feel like shit and I often don't even finish it, sometimes even the smell of junk food puts me off. I spend a lot of time fasting now, I eat less than 2 meals a day by my previous standards. My weight levelled off at a comfortable and athletic weight for my size. Thereafter, I noticed further loss in volume, but no loss in weight, which I speculate may have been inflammation disappearing. My range of motion in all joints increased immensely, and my body looks lean and toned like a greek statue, not bulbous like a man who lived his life on a western diet. To avoid stomach discomfort, I mostly blend up various vegetables and add fruit to make it sweet. My nordic genes like milk, so I get my calories from 10% coffee cream, I just drink it. No carbs except as a treat or socially. I smoke weed rather than alcohol, which I also occasionally have socially. Eggs for protein, and I'm down to 2 a day, anything in excess is just food for opportunistic scavengers in your blood.
Good luck, lemme know if any questions.
Have you tried boric acid? Yes, I know, it's used as rat poison. It's an old time remedy that works quickly for candida that just won't stop. I asked my gyn for some, and was given a "prescription" and the drug store put it in small capsules. You don't eat it, you stick it up "inside" you. I had months of yeast infections that wouldn't go away, regardless of prescription or OTC remedies. This worked in record time, like a few days. Found it on an internet search.
Many years ago, verging on pneumonia, I was given some powerful antibiotics which created a candida problem. My solution focused on diet (plus supplements) and I was able to see improvement right away. After three months, I felt better than ever before, and although not intended, I lost 25 pounds - that was a bonus.
Basically, I cut out all sugars, starches, and most dairy except for buttermilk (the fermentation is actually helpful), and that included many vegetables as well as all fruit. Don’t expect a quick fix - although some of the things posted here by other anons will be helpful (i.e., coconut oil, oil of oregano, etc.) it won’t do any good if your diet continues to “feed” the candida. Anything with yeast should also be eliminated. My meals consisted mainly of all kinds of meat, fish, eggs, and green leafy vegetables - all cooked….nothing raw (this makes for less stress on the digestive system). I also used plenty of butter. Once a week, I indulged in a [very] dark chocolate bar (low sugar, hardly any dairy).
This may sound restrictive, however when you focus on what you CAN eat instead of what you can’t, you discover some wonderful new options. May God bless you with good health.
Maybe Fenbendazole works? It's apparently a cure for cancer as it doesnt allow sugar into the cancer cells. Candida is an overgrowth due to too much sugar or an inbalance of good gut bacteria.
I've used 222mg (same as a packet of Panacur) Fenbendazole for 2 weeks everyday with no side effects. Might be worth some research.

This book has a lot of good info on how to eat. Good luck.
Give Florastor a try...or search for the generic version of Saccharomyces Boulardii. It really does work VERY well...check the reviews on any version on Amazon
Doesnt work, we still have Trudeau here.
