Once the dust settles and "we" are in control again, these abuses must be reckoned. The punishment must be so severe and the net thrown so wide, that it'll be a very long time before anyone considers this level of treachery again.
I am only religious a year at a time. Every year I have to reapply, with the same paperwork mind you, for my flu jab exemption. The second year I was like, I gotta apply again??? Weird.😕
The ONLY exemption he needs is the US Constitution. And there is no expiration date on that. Amendments 9 and 14 Section 1. Use the constitution. That's what it's there for.
Yeah well that didn't work with his large, insurance company employer. We are grateful they actually offered a religious exemption. A couple of my friends were not and had to quite their jobs.
They should pool their resources and sue the company for violating their constitutional rights. So many people don't seem to understand what the constitution is. So they wind up doing things in a convoluted way, rather than the straight-forward way. I'm not saying it's easy. Of course not, the enemy doesn't want to make anything good, easy. But that doesn't mean it's not worth pursuing. And there are patriot lawyers available to help.
Agreed. You have to live in the world. A lot of people don't understand what it's like working for these far left mega organizations. You can't just drive up in your truck and throw the constitution on the table while flexing.
That's awesome your family was able to "beat the system", even if it's only for now. Take the wins wherever you can get them and get prepared for the next fight.
Highly recommend looking up "Common Law" to fight the next battle. I did not get adequate time to really dig into it, to fight back in my own situation. Do a search on GAW and you should find posts by corrbrick, that help guide others.
I declared my religious exemption under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and my woke big corp took over a month, before finally denying my exemption (vax or test conditions). So twice violating my rights. After they broke the law by denying the exemption, they fired me two days later, just last week.
Glad that other people are still in the fight and also winning along the way, even if we're taking casualties....
I belatedly responded to you over at GAW.social (I was away for a week), but did not hear back. I feel like I let you down man. I hope you can forgive me.
How did it all come down with regard to the termination? Is it permanent? Are you looking to fight them? If not, what are your plans?
Hey corrbrick, no worries man and zero hard feelings. You didn't let anybody down, certainly not me. I'll own this one. I'll send you a DM with the details rather than clutter up this thread.
That is stupid. Does that company think his religious beliefs will change every 6 months? They are hoping he forgets to reapply and misses the deadline.
u/Factfiler, once you stoop to ask an organization for permission to exercise your God-given rights, you have lost them. That's the game that is being played with these exemptions. By applying for one, you have tacitly agreed that they have this power over you -- they can grant or withdraw their permission at any time. All is not lost, however. It's just time for you to play another game: As a free man, you do not ask for your rights, you assert them!
I fought all the mandates being laid down on us by Siemens using the Common Law. I never once complied, I got a raise, and I won. Here's the last post in my series detailing the fight. It has links to all the previous posts.
The first thing to do is to withdraw your consent of their system with an Affidavit of Truth. Then you Conditionally accept their "offer" of the vaxx provided that they answer your conditions, which they won't be able to do without giving the game away. When they don't answer you serve them with a Notice of Default (stating that they agree with you by acquiescence), and a Notice of Estoppel (ordering them not to violate your rights). You follow those with a Notice of (Personal) Liability and Fee Schedule and a Demand to Cease and Desist.
This is as far as I had to take things. After threatening eight individuals from the CEO down for $100,000 each, per violation, per day. They folded. For months I was the only one in the office without a mask. All the mandates are gone now. I like to think my stand, and the threat of my inspiring others led to that in some degree.
I did this all without a lawyer. I was inspired by a group of folks who use the Common Law to stop transgression on person and property, and got some guidance from them. Six months is enough time to get this done, but you need to start now. You can't count on getting another exemption, because they are being withdrawn at other companies.

If there are others in the same boat, you can all use this approach.
My daughter worked as a lifeguard for the YMCA. They did not accept a religious exemption. Talk about a useless work entity. It’s a shell of its former self.
He's only religious for six months?? How bizzare
Exactly our thoughts.
Came here to say the same.

You can point to the constitution or whatever all day long, and you will still be buying into their frame, their narrative.
Just ignore them completely, let them fire you, and then move on with your life.
No arguments, no lawsuits, no crying...
Yes, you could do that. I just think it's cowardly.

Thanks for the plug Beater. Sorry we couldn't pull something together fast enough for you.

How idiotic do they think his religion will change in six months!
Wishful thinking on their part
Exactly.

What happens if, after 6 months, they determine that he isn't religious anymore?
Get him some religious candles to put up at work...
and one of these
That's great, hopefully by October it won't be an issue!
