I can’t figure out the whole McConnell angle. The SCOTUS judges seem awful (or is it part of the plan?), but we’re seeing good things with these other judges that you have to credit him for helping get through.
I’ll use the American Bar Assn as a barometer for good judges: if they deem a judge “unqualified” then the judge is probably a good one.
