People who despite being vaccinated and boosted, are upset and scared whenever mask mandates are removed trust the vaccine less than the most anti vax people here.
In case you bring his up to someone, expect the answer to be along the lines of "I acknowledge that I can get infected, with less severe symptoms, and I don't want to deal with that hassle", and "not everyone can be vaccinated, including some who would be very vulnerable to infection"
True. They will also add their inaccurate smear job saying, "The Trump supporters are too ignorant to worry about covid...which is why these unvaccinated deplorables do not think we need masks."

I recently had a run in at a private home with another guest who told me to stop talking about vaccines, when I pointed out that due to them, cancer rates of weird and strange cancers, among others, are up by 100's of percentage points.

I have to assume they work very well because all of our enemies continue to push them, unfortunately the problem is most of the people who took them are completely wrong about what the purpose of the shots are, because Covid protection isn't the goal.
