Men will win the battle, as they have factually the greater cause to claim mental and systemic abuse at the hands of overbearing custody and property laws, and women will face an opposition fully intent on rescinding woman's suffrage, declaring them as emotionally charged and incapable of sound reason. The benefactors of the movement will be, of course, DeepState actors, playing both sides against one another and then pinching the ill gotten gains at the final moment, as they are wont to do. Powerful men have always seen women as tools, and their greatest discovery is in the efficacy of convincing women that they can empower themselves by diminishing all those things that make women unique and wholesomely feminine.

Should the Truth be strictly adhered to, then the Court system would, in equal part, work to reform dissocial behavior rather than reward it. In a society with a well-aligned moral compass, and a close-knit family involved in the goal of proliferation there to prevent domestic abuse, the Court system would go on to involve itself only in petty squabbles of kermudgions and scrooges.
Of course, there's no profit in that, so round and round we go with laws passed, precedents set, and procedure designed to ensure there's always a way to screw someone honest over a barrel of fetid scams.
