Sometimes I think I'm old and then I come across a post like this.
Lol.....
Welcome to what keeps us here....
EXACTLY!!! I love it all!
I’m discovering how old I am!
I actually prefere those.
We should get rid of disposable everything at this point.
The air dryers spray the germs everywhere.
I hate those strong ones. Also they hurt my ears. I prefer the gentle or heater ones...very nice in winter.
I prefer the one in the picture --- the environmental model.
This is certain death to a triple vaxxed, hand sanitized, lysol spraying, masked, Karen.. lol
I purposefully build my immunity naturally and avoid washing my hands when out in the world so I can give the system a chance for a workout. A lazy immune system is a useless immune system.
ME TOO!!! And like George Carlin, I do NOT always wash my hands after using the bathroom! Life will go on folks!!! LOL!
i dont always shit on my hand too!!
eh.... shit.... spit.... builds character!
what is it?
A hand towel you would find in public bathrooms. It just looped and wasn't washed often.
No, it wasn’t looped for reuse. It was a roll on top to feed and a roll on the bottom to receive. When it was all used up you couldn’t pull it down anymore. The roll was changed and sent to the laundry company for wash and reissue.
Maybe in some places but they were usually damp. Maybe I don't remember correctly. I do remember them being damp
Yea, that’s from being used. You would then pull it down to get the freshie. As a kid I once keep pulling it to find the dirt circle around, it took a few minutes of pulling to reach the end, the dirt never came around again.
because the restrooms where damp and they were not sealed, so they soaked up the air moisture.
What... Are yous serious? I've never heard about these.
How old are you? They used to be everywhere. You’d pull the towel down a couple clicks and use the clean part at the top.
I was born in the early 90s, but I never saw these. I wasn't in the US, though, so maybe that's why.
A great way to obtain and build up ones immunity
I remember those everywhere as a kid in the 60s.
We re-used soft drink bottles too.
These are still used some places. They're called continuous/cotton/cloth roll towel cabinets. Can buy your very own at a custodial supply store. 🐸
