Yes, they know more about us than we do... They know everything you do, all your transactions, and where you go.
And caring for seniors.
Personally, Id like to see it on public officials first. This time, they get to be big tech guinea pigs.
Lobbying should be illegal or strictly regulated. Single issue bills. Maybe they should have to test out on the subject matter before they can vote on it. Some proof they've read it. Term limits. Limit use of proxy voting. Housing, perks, new furniture for their office.. all gone. Dormitory and cantina situations instead. Their paycheck amount should be voted on by the people, not themselves. Make politics a calling, not a career.
No pensions.
Yeah, what's with the pensions? Elected office is supposed to be a TEMP job!

I like that voted paycheck on by their constituents thing.
I have suggested they need to make their income the average of the lowest 50% in their districts. Policies would quickly change to increase income if they weren't cheating stock markets & gifting tax dollars.
All relatives portfolios are public, to the minute.
Term limits on any job in that system, every job. Staff is a major part of the trouble with the place. Not even a janitor can work there for more than 24 months.
Most of year is in their home district office, they can vote remote the way the rest of are working. The office in their district must be in a one story strip mall, free parking, and their office is behind a plate glass window facing that parking lot.
Want to lobby them? Come to the district and be seen by all of us. Lobby one rep at a time.
Every page of a bill has a mandatory hour of debate.

If this works, 2-6 years to keep it in their pants is a sacrifice they need to be willing to make.
I've considered this, my joke was "I want to see Obama shit. Everything. Don't care." But you could do looped video, AI, CGI, deep fakes or something else. Everyone is entitled to privacy but the people we choose for public office should be held to a higher standard and punishments most severe to discourage treachery

This is a good idea.
Of course you know, after they leave the governmental place of business, they would immediately turn it off and go have their little shady back scratching dinners and soirées. It’d never work.
That is why working from the home district office would need to be implemented. Go have those dinners where EVERYONE knows who you are.

It is no secret that the federal government is the deadliest entity in the universe, the only solution in my opinion is to completely disband all of it. It would probably be a couple days later before we would all be rich. That is how fast they are stealing Our Money. A great start would be 540 people from DC getting sent to Gitmo, then if any are exonerated at trial, they can do whatever, and then start liquidating so called federal agencies like the EPA, IRS, heck all of them. Then we would be starting to get down to the heart of the matter.
Cameras will mysteriously malfunction at odd times. Like those cameras at the NYC subway station, or Epstein's prison cell.
Or the Pentagon, on missile day....
