In 2011 I had rainbows dance all around my car on the way home from seeing my sister in the ICU in another state. I had been praying the whole way home from seeing her there. She had been written off by the medical staff there 3 times. At the time she was still in a coma and noone knew if there would be brain damage from when she was operated on.
I knew when I saw those rainbows that God was telling me she would be alright and my prayers were answered.
And He was right. My sister lived and was fully recovered. It was my first personal miracle to see those rainbows surrounding my car on the highway.
When my husband had an aortic dissection was while we were beginning work at a Christian Camp. My son and daughter and he were working there while I was still back home running our business until we closed it and house sold. Since I couldn’t quit crying and it was late at night and drive was and hour and a half to hospital my sister in law and her husband drove me there and while she being a CT for local hospital contacted ambulance to get his status and ambulance driver was spilling doom and unlikeliness to survive, I was busy sending prayer requests everywhere. Those prayers are why I believe God spared him.
