Oregon and a number of other states (most, perhaps) no longer have "a Republican form of government", meaning they are not ruled by representatives who were honestly elected. The federal government is charged with making sure each state IS ruled by honestly elected representatives. Once the communists are out of the White House, we'd better see some action on this or we'll never be right as a nation. Oh, and don't forget the second obligation in Section 4 (invasion), which unlike the domestic Violence obligation does not require an Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive.
Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution:
republic | rษหpษblik | noun a state in which supreme power is held by the people and their elected representatives, and which has an elected or nominated president rather than a monarch. โข archaic a group with a certain equality between its members. ORIGIN late 16th century: from French rรฉpublique, from Latin respublica, from res โentity, concernโ + publicus โof the people, publicโ.
Thank you u/Narg ๐๐ป
I love references to our Constitution and links to constitutional details. One of the silver linings in the current state of affairs is our citizenry is actually pursuing knowledge and understanding of our founding documents and the reasoning our Founding Fathers instilled in them.
Thank you for this addition.
Most appreciated.
Welp. There should be increased scrutiny of the ballot counts by Patriots in Oregon. Monitor the officials! Put them on camera. Geotrqck the elections officials and see if there are mules. Seems like the "needed votes" count has to be communicated somehow.
I've been saying this all along. I think the plan is to have all the people who have changed their mind about Joe Biden and democrats in general show out in droves and have the election stolen from them. Then the base grows 45 per ent overnight.
by all along I mean before Jan 3 when the world made a little sense
Ok, so everyone vote on the last day that postmark is allowed. That way they cant counter with fake ballots.
I hope greater Idaho is formed, would save a lot of the rural population that wants to leave organ (I can't spell suseed)
You almost got it: succeed
I feel like moron but auto correct got you to pal, I just looked it up and it's secede. I feel so dumb.
me too!
Been spelling it wrong for decades!
California, Oregon, and Washington should all split into multiple states each. Leave the big metro areas for the current liberal cities. Then add about 3 or 4 conservative states out of the remaining land mass. This way, we could add 6 to 8 senate seats to their 2.
Hey, if the libs want to pack the courts, we'll pack the states.
I'm not serious, but it would be a funny counter punch to their communist agenda.
They need a 50 mile radius circle from downtown Seattle. That can be its own state. Then the rest of this state would probably go red.
it's a lot harder for us because we have literal Antifa in our back yards and all of our political offices and corporations. You even go to Portland and try and support a republican you are immediately threatened and assaulted with no recourse. it's easier to buck in a red state.
