The jury isnt looking at that they had to find the defendant guilty or innocent by the proof the prosecuter had. He proved the defendant was guilty and the jury still said not guilty. That tells me the jury was corrupt and it was all BS.
Wholly accurate. The FBI was gonna FBI. Sussman was merely the vehicle to the commencement of the hoax investigation. He was not the impetus. The upper echelons of the FBI knew it was a hoax, concealed that from the middle and lower tiers of the bureau, and continued for years with this larp. That was the plan from the beginning. It was not of consequence whether the sourcing was from a political campaign or was entirely organic; because this investigation was happening regardless. So no, his statement wasn't material. It isn't that it had no effect; it was never going to have an effect.
It was also less Sussman concealing his connection to Clinton that affected the FBI investigation than the top of the FBI concealing from their underlings that Sussman was the source that affected it. The prosecution was sort of hopscotching there, trying to blame Sussman for what they did, as if they had no clue who he was or who he was working for.
Yes I see your point and I agree...but what is the difference between a pede and a pepe? I sorta thought they were one and the same, but I've only been around the scene for a year or so...lol
Maybe what we are seeing with the Flynn and Sussman cases is the larger case of Washington DC not being part of the USA. Maybe that is the case trying to be made; if so, we are a long way from home.
Everything that is left would have been true had he been found guilty.
He did lied either to the FBI or congress, cause he stated 2 different things to be true.
1.It was for a client
2. It was not for a client.
So either way he lied to someone. And the evidence seems to point awefully strong that it was the FBI he lied to, for which he was just found innocent.
He told the truth to congress, so there is nothing they will do.
Im not dooming, its just facts. He did lie to the FBI, there was evidence to prove it, and he walked. Not on a plea, not on a technicality, on an actual verdict.
Now, was there tampering? Was there comminication between the jury and the outaide? Or was all this just there to get evidence into the court? No one knows.
But he should have been found guilty, because he was.
Think about it for a minute? Here's the sum total of my thought process. We know now what Durham should have known then. The DC court would return a not guilty verdict. Why? The only people on the jury were Dems loyal to Clinton. DC runs on graft and greased palms and likes things as they are...corrupt as hell. So, add to the mix a Judge who owes his job to Obama and you have no chance of winning. Sussman could have killed in cold blood in front of the jury and judge and would have been found not guilty. Add to the mix a MSM who will only report how inept Durham was, how bad to waste tax dollars investigating nothing. The guilty verdict will justify AG Garland removing funds from Durham and thus shut the whole thing down. Everything else is dropped into the memory hole and forgotten. A totally different justice system if Trump was on trial. We gained nothing from this exercise in futility. Not dooming but honestly any person with half a brain would have known this outcome was inevitable.

Put aside your moping brain for a second and put on your thinking brain. Why would Durham go through this process ? Do you think he does not even have half a brain? Do you think he prosecuted FBI years ago without understanding how DC works?
So there must be a reason right? Think and you will get it.
No and I don't have to. It would not matter what the instructions were, everyone on that jury knew how they would vote the day they were chosen regardless of what was said, put into evidence or what their instructions were. Bring an anti Dem, anti Clinton charge in DC and it will fail. End of story. It will fail.
Anyone that actually thought he would be found guilty is fooling themselves. There is something going on behind the scenes from this trial...

The defense made a big deal about materiality and the prosecution spent a fair amount of time trying to prove materiality.
No... would you happen to have a link?
Disregard...lol... I see you were shamed into posting...lol... rough bunch around here! 🤣

Hahaha ok gotcha!
You are a pede and Pepe is Pepe.
Pede is short for centipede and is a term for people on the board stemming from the reddit days of The Donald.
Ok thanks...so who is Pepe? Is that the frog?
That's him.

Why don't you post the instructions rather than continuously repeating yourself?
Doesn't work. Why can't you just post it? It would take less time than all the useless other shit you have posted.

I agree - I think Durham knew this though... he's no dummy... this was all about introducing evidence for the future, IMO.
and wasnt there a recent reminder kill??
