You are catching on. Look at the spin that's being spun here it's incredible. Just last week everybody was going boom about this being an amazing win when Durham gets the job done. These explanations never seem to come out two days before the the verdict. It is always after something does not go our way that they come up with these supposedly plausible explanations about how this is a win for us. Nonsense
I don’t know, the community I was following on YouTube that was purchasing the transcripts and going through them were talking about swamp corruption from the first day, back when they were doing jury review. Once the Clinton donors were allowed to stay on the jury, a lot of people thought the fix was in. From that point there started to be rumblings that the prosecution wasn’t always objecting or challenging in places where they could, and there’s still this weird element of the case where they had Sussman lying in text on the 18th, but instead charged him for the 19th, where they had no text.
By the second week I started to get the sense this trial wasn’t really about Sussman. Part of that was this idea that Sussman lied to the FBI. Part of believing that also requires you to believe that the FBI was duped, when really we know the FBI was in on it. So it felt strange to cheer for a guilty verdict which would legally confirm the FBI was duped, when I don’t think that’s what actually happened.
I dunno. I seem to recall reading more than a few win-win regardless posts last week. A lot of them were being drowned out by the cheering section and duplicate posts.
Yep how many times do we have to see this. Another huge cockpunch is really just our side playing 4D chess in underwater outer space. Indictments are coming, right Hannity?
Durham should have never accepted a 92.5% Dem district as a venue and should have been screaming bloody murder when the judge allowed open Trump haters, Dem donors, and the parent of a kid who plays sports with Sussman’s kid on the jury.
Sit on your hands and trust the plan. Don't worry people constantly getting let off the hook, don't worry about the absolute collapse of our country, there's magic 4D Chess at work guys, really! Just wait a little longer for things to completely crumble.
There were people here predicting this last week as they followed the trial.
Only through the trial itself was the Durham strategy unveiled. Everything leading up to the trial appeared to be going for a conviction.
I didn’t understand the strategy until five days ago when u/MeanOMan replied to one of my comments and the light came on. Here is the thread I’m talking about.
thanks for mention !!!
It's been a tough argument to make on here, but it's an important one that feel everyone should open their mind up to.
Baker and Strokz being the 2 biggest perpetrators of this investigation.
Baker introduced it into evidence and created a document trail of the lie.
Strokz then put a lock on it so no investigator could request sourcing for the evidence.
Thank you for opening my eyes. I wasn’t seeing this as life or death, but didn’t have the perspective on the larger Durham strategy either.
The challenge is people want a victory so bad that a conviction on a minor charge of a relatively minor DS operative was being construed as the goal post. The goal post is the fall of the cabal. A conviction in this case would not have contributed to that goal.
Agreed. Was going to post something similar about "making it make sense" afterwards. It's usually speculation that makes "our side" sound clever and while it isn't outside the realm of possibilities, it's not necessarily facts and logic / most probable. We can theorize, but on this board we tend to latch onto (mostly) unfounded theories or speculations and treat them as fact. We have to focus on the truth, however boring, frustrating or obfuscated it may be!
Here is part of a comment that I copied and pasted from a user on another win sub verse that may explain exactly what is going on

A hopium addict is a lot like a leftist in two key ways. First, they are driven primarily by their emotional reaction to things. They will always default to that which makes them feel good over that which makes them feel bad. And that leads to the second, that they work backwards from a conclusion and construct a flimsy set of reasons that support the conclusion after deciding which conclusion they like the best, ie the one that makes them feel best. They don't let evidence and reality determine which conclusion is probably true, they let their feels determine which conclusion they want to be true and then craft bullshit to explain why it must be. And anything that flies in the face of this, and makes them feel bad, is shouted down until it's out of sight and stops making them feel bad.
In practicality, you see why this explains how they react to various events and what other people say.

BOOM!
This. If you read more than sticky posts, there was analysis going on about not having a win still being good for Team MAGA before the verdict.
I read more than a few win-win posts, they just got drowned out by the cheering section.

The spin is real. It is always trying to reason why we HAD to lose something.
When the victory never comes, and the people keep spinning, nothing ever gets done.
Sometimes you just need to take something at face value, instead of trying to cope hard.
Future proves past.
I'll believe it when someone's convicted and swinging.

Yes, and it's also possible that Durham is just trying to awaken everyone to how untouchable these guys are through the justice system.
An excuse for the tribunals.
Interesting thread that you linked, thanks for pointing that out.
Deep down you know the answer, to this one and to the other 9304825 'explanations' that preceded it for the last 3 or 4 years or so.

Logic not emotion. Think it through.
