I think you're way over-reaching here. Remember when Q said "learn our comms"? This means, the application of logic, due diligence and empirical evidence.

The Blastoise tweet may simply be a nod (a hint) to those in the know: "I know about Q". Given the knowledge that up-to-speed anons have re: the memorial aerial view.

I wouldn't put anything more at this. The only reason to do comms in deep code (which is the implied premise of your queries) is to do such comms to assets in the field, or HQ, when other means of communication are impractical or unviable (due to lack of other means, or due to surveillance by opposing actors). So, why would Musk use such a code if he had any knowledge of such things?

If he is using code, then He would be sending that info to one or two recipients only. Surely he has the means at his disposal to have far more direct methods of communication, especially if the White Hats have the upper hand (which we know they do).

No, what he is doing here is communicating with millions of followers. So, it's not deep code. he may, however, be simply drawing attention to the memorial, as a stepping stone for millions of non-Q aware people later being pointed to the Q drops. In other words, laying foundations for the future.

DJT uses this method all the time. He points people (masses of people) towards things by what he posts.

The Chemtrails post may be many things: sarcasm (making fun of Chemtrails and such ideas), Pointing to (raising awareness about) Disney, and how corrupt they are.

It looks like a joke, as we all know the trail of stardust is from tinkerbell (?) or a shooting star. But it is likely to also subtly implant in non-aware followers minds: these things:

Diabolical (evil actions)

Disney (the corporation)

Chemtrails ("conspiracy theory" that actual reveals much about the bad stuff govts and corporate actors have been doing for decades now)

When you want to wake a person up, you do not start with open barefaced statements. That's not how it works. Think about Neo in the Matrix. He had been searching for a least many years trying to figure out the truth. Only on that foundation did Morpheus approach him.

If you look at yourself, you may realize that before you became awake and realized the level of reality you see now, prior to waking up, God was actually layering differing ideas, thoughts, views, unconsciously and unknown to you.

To wake people up from the sleep, they need to have successive ideas, thoughts, seeds implanted. Those things work away in their unconscious, until they are ready for the actual red pill, and they are then triggered into waking up.

That's also why we can suffer a lot when our family, friends or others around us do not wake up to the "Red Pills" - sometimes we forget that before people are ready for the red pill, there is a LOT of background layering in of ideas, thoughts, seeds, that must be present first, over time, until they are ready.

The red pill wakes them up, but it only works IF they are ready. So, how do we help people get ready? We layer in ideas, thoughts, seeds, and let them do the work unconsciously together with the person's own psyche.

Looks a lot to me like Musk is layering in ideas. They are not exactly full blown red plls, but are rather foundational.
