Avocado oil is also good if you need a higher smoke point than olive. Saturated fats like coconut oil, lard and duckfat are also great if from clean sources. Fresh fish yes but I wouldn't take a fish oil supplement capsule
I think we will find that many of our auto immune problems are heavy metal poisoning linked to the vaccines, our food, the air we breathe. All planned. Oh and taking Tylenol or administering it to your child while recovering from recent vaccines helps break down the blood/brain barrier and aluminum has a better chance to get in there and fry the brain. Its maddening.
I believe there is aluminum in deodorant. Well at least the deodorant that's also an antiperspirant. I guess I should say most. There's a Tom's brand that's supposed to be "natural" maybe?
