I understand. I’m frustrated all to hell. I’m in a good position financially, better than average. I fully understand that many are hurting. There’s going to have to be a nightmare before there’s a Great Awakening.
I am helping my good tenants anyway I can to stay. Better to have part of the rent than an empty house, that will get destroyed if no one is in them.
As long as they keep paying as much as they can, one tenant just got January paid, and we both cheered.
