Anybody get potato beetles really bad this year? The small little black bugs, turn into big ugly ones. I used diatomaceous earth about a week ago, we'll see how well it works.

I didnt follow the distraction trial of Depp vs Heard. I am relatively clueless about the particulars besides the obvious poop on the bed thing everyone talked about.
Today though I stumbled upon something thats very interesting. Depps attorney is one Adam Waldman. If you had immersed yourself in spygate lore like I have, that name is very familiar. Adam Waldman was the attorney for Oleg Deripraska and Christopher Steele during the apex of the spygate psyop. Adam Waldman has some interesting correspondence with Mark Warner, then Ranking Member of the SSCI but still the guy who ran the committee and gave Burr his marching orders.

Dog gone it, I know it’s hard to pray nice for such an evil man. When I pray for our country, I ask God for exposure first in me. If there be anything In my life that needs correcting to show me so that I can repent and do better. Then I ask for evil to be exposed, to give them an opportunity for repentance. Now just because they repent doesn’t mean they escape justice, it just means they have confessed their sins and are aware of what they have done. We all have had to face consequences of bad choices, they are no different, they must pay for their crimes. Now if they don’t repent that’s on them . Hell is for eternity. So pencil neck Schiff has a chance, but will he take it? Hmmm… pride is a hard thing to put aside. Time will tell.
How do we know when and if our enemies ever repent sincerely to GOD?
We are not the Almighty and Allknowing Sovereign One. Are we infinite like Him?

My acupuncture doctor addresses basically all of the points you bring up and he always points out the tender areas. Where stress. Anxiety, and other mental/emotional issues are sort of "tucked away." When he needles those points, the relief and relaxation is immediate and deep
My last session I practically melted and as I lay after he had placed the needles, I fell into a deep state of relaxation/meditation.

Yes it is, and I go for protection against sickness. But I injured my shoulder back in December trying to lift my 75 pound lab in to the car to go to the vet. I was in pain and in even more pain that evening after acupuncture, but that morning I was healed. Jesus and acupuncture fixed me right up.
My acupuncture doctor used to be a physical therapist. Had an injured rotator cuff and someone recommended acupuncture. He healed well and immediately studied acupuncture at a college in the east coast, then got his PhD in the school of Eastern medicine. I like that because he has a well rounded knowledge of the body due to his knowledge of Eastern and western therapies.
My mother (and I to some extent) has an issue with her right knee. He told me some exercises to do to strengthen the inner leg muscles to help the issue out and they have worked.
You win the prize. My wife has food allergies. She became a nutritionist and has helped herself more in 2 years than all the Rockefeller trained lapdogs did in 2 decades.

Bought half a cow from a local rancher. After about 4-5 weeks wait we got notice it was going to a local butcher (again, our choice) and we got to pick the cuts. Another week and it was ready to pick up, all individually wrapped cuts.
Wound up with a little over 400lbs, and it pretty much filled an upright freezer. Total cost was a little over 2200$ for everything. This is in the PNW.
Normally I wouldn't be inspired to comment about a deal on meat. But after cooking some of the beef I happened to look at the fat that was poured off and it was clearest cleanest looking fat I've ever seen from cooking ground beef.
It had a creamy texture(grass fed, grass finished btw) that almost looked like candle wax. Much healthier than what you normally see from big store meat sections.
TL;DR
Bought local beef, was cheaper and better than corporate, just takes a lot longer so you have to plan ahead. Would do again.
I bought a piglet about four years ago. Learned how to harvest it at age. I learned a lot about local butchering and I still have some of the fat from it after all this time, still pristine and am hoping to mix it with some local grain fed beef, or some moose if we are lucky enough to have one give us it’s life... The fat from an organic pig raised in a field of high mountain clover and fed organic leftovers from the farm is pure Gold!
Bro, watched this months ago. All 45 mins of it. Grass fed vs grain fed beef. Seeing experts in a craft break down the process, the nuances, differences, etc explain things was so...oddly....rewarding. the mixture of respect and appreciation I had for these butchers breaking it down was on another level.
