The Texas Republican Party announced that THEY find Biden is illegitimate. This is not legally binding or having any power of enforcement. That's a group decision only.
The Texas A.G. and Texas Governor have said no such thing. Neither has the Texas Legislature.
Correct. It was a resolution adopted by the Texas GOP delegates and precincts at the state convention last week. There are hundreds of resolutions that are part of the platform adopted by the precincts, committees and thousands of delegates. It is quite a long process, but in the end the resolutions represent topics that the delegates expect their elected leaders to represent or uphold. They are basically a unified belief but are in no way a law. Whether or not the state representatives uphold those same beliefs are another matter.
This is correct. I was a delegate at the convention and we did pass a resolution stating Biden is illegitimate, but to my knowledge, the AG has not put forth a comment to follow the wording of our resolution.
I'm starting to get a bit impatient. These people are out of their minds if they really think the American people are just going to let 2020 "blow over"...
Right like even 1 state would give me some confidence in the plan but right now even though I'm not dooming yet I do wonder if there is some truth to the fact that Trump got a lot of really shitty advice from backstabbing lawyers and they are winging it. It's possible that some of the plan is in place and some failed....we know from Q posts they didn't always have 100% success rate
That's in the back of my mind too. But I have come to the point where I believe, that there is going to be a hard fall either way. I'm just hoping there really won't be a civil war up in this country. There's really no reason for it in my opinion.
There aren't "anti-gay laws". There are anti-grooming positions articulated by the Texas Republican party (they aren't laws and they are mostly focused on the school system and stopping the grooming of young kids).

Wow! Look at the Great State of Texas and their powerful Republican Party Platform on the 2020 Presidential Election Fraud. After much research and study, they disavow the national result for President. Such courage, but that’s why Texas is Texas!!! They know that a Country cannot survive without Free and Fair Elections (and STRONG BORDERS!).
I'm living in Texas.

Exactly what MP was saying.

Correct. It's page 40 of: https://texasgop.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/6-Permanent-Platform-Committee-FINAL-REPORT-6-16-2022.pdf
This is coming from the Texas GOP position planks. It has nothing to do with the Texas State government in any official capacity.
u/#correct
The fact no state 2 years into this has publicly admitted fraud/illegitimacy is shocking

Not happening.
No more sweeping under rugs.

I suspect the new of Texas passing anti-gay laws is also fackery.
Thanks for the info.
Divide and conquer by any means necessary.
In the mean time provide more ammo for “seee that’s why we need a disinformation bureau”
Anything to distract from Putin "canceling the NWO"

Here are all the official positions articulated: https://texasgop.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/6-Permanent-Platform-Committee-FINAL-REPORT-6-16-2022.pdf
Saw this the other day, looked for a press release, found nothing, determined this is fake and gay, prove me wrong.
Sounds good to me!
Exactly. Another TGA thread appeared with sources from Newsweak and Reddit.
Questionable sources if you ask me.

Let's see if the AG follows suit. That is when it should get fun.
Republican party not AG.
