Abortion is illegal now in every State where it was illegal before Roe. With Roe and Casey overturned the law immediately reverts back to what is was at the time of the ruling.
Not allowing people of color and minorities free access to abortion is racist.
Hopefully the Texas state legislature will pass laws that allow free and open access to abortion for illegal immigrants and African-American women.
Caucasian women on the other hand should not be allowed any access to abortion.
This will be a great victory for the fight against racism!
