Vacilão in this context would mean more like "dumb-ass" or "moron"
But the translation is correct, to vacilar is to falter, but this is more like a slang use of the word.
Btw this was a case where a dude got caught stealing something (can't remember what), the guy who caught him happened to be a tattoo artist, so they actually tattooed that to his forehead kek.
They did offer an explanation and an apology. I think the attack is a bit harsh, and given the great, breaking news they deliver, I feel like now we're censoring all of us who want to keep Frens here informed. We all have shared memes and other items at times where the original poster was unknown. I think they've gotten the message at this point.
Did they say it was their own or are they just sharing the information? Just because appropriate attribution isn't provided, doesn't equate to "theft". Remember, we're all in this together. Whatever we need to do to share the information
Hmmm... That is strange. Idk why they need to claim credit when they could just be honest about it and say it was someone else's that they thought should be shared. Anyways. It's a very petty thing to do
Many of the conservative "news" sites do nothing but recycle other people's work, often with no attribution, even when they do usually with their own byline when they did no actual work other than maybe shuffle paragraphs around. It's called plagiarism. I don't know anything about this group but you shouldn't punish just one.
Tattoo phrase "I'm a thief and faltering"

Agreed. "Vaçalão" means "vacillating" but here "faltering" is solid.
Para bens, o meu fren.
I looked up the phrase and had to get the article to translate to figure it out, lol.

OK. I'm unstickying this. That's acceptable. Thanks for the information.
Message over messenger anyways

Woke Soceities called them out and was promptly banned. They ripped it.

I don't like that site. It gives "sensational" headlines, but content is crap. Too many ads as well.
