Done! The beginning of the end?
Erect a public outhouse on it. I personally don't give a shit what THEY think.
Are we sure the time capsule is real and not a rumor? With so little known about the construction, who told us there was a capsule buried there?
It's engraved on the base of the monument
Maybe not at itβs base but it is indeed engraved on a slab next to it. The dates were left blank.
If a time capsule was put in, 50 years, could that 2030 be when they expected to claim victory?
They claim they dug and found nothing.
FBI and the lost gold found in Pennsylvania?
Who is they?
news blackout
they found "Trump Won!"
I think that's why construction/ demolition crews were there so fast.
What fucking construction company could you actually call for a same day demolition?! And what company could actually immediately allocate resources, hardware and workers within hours?! How fast that thing got torn down was so out of place to me.
If this time capsule is true, that's got to be why it got torn down so fast.
I dont think there is one the engraving had a spot for a date the time capsule was placed and a spot for the date it was to be opened...both were blank. I dont think they ever got around to it. The guidestones always came off to me as some crack pot idea that some old hippies put together and erected and then they kind of didnt so anything with after that
Yeah they went through all that to fail to do what they engraved in granite. But have 24 hour video surveillance on that spot. Sure!
But they didnt engrave the dates which i imagine they would have had they placed the time capsule....seeing as how dates are pretty important for time capsules. Of course they had 24 hour surveillance after going to all that trouble and cost and knowing that it would be subject to defacing or destruction. Just like anyone who erected a large scale piece of art would do the same.
The guidestones themselves were probably put there by a person who believed a nuclear war or something would destroy civilization itself and bring humanity back to the stone age. They were built during the cold war afterall. It's the instructions on how to manage the earth and humanity after this, as well as an astronomical calendar. The time capsule might have stuff from the late 70's and early 1980 as a way to share the tech they had to the future post apocalypse.
Iβd like to add the one at the Denver airport to that list too.
Would be kinda cool to see what they hid there figuring it'd never be opened in any of our lifetimes
Pandora's box?
any patriots standing around when this is opened should close their eyes and not look at the Ark.... I mean time capsule (just incase it is similar to the ending of Raiders of the Lost Ark)
"A few feet to the west of the monument, an additional granite ledger has been set level with the ground. This tablet identifies the structure and the languages used on it and lists various facts about the size, weight, and astronomical features of the stones, the date it was installed, and the sponsors of the project. It refers to a time capsule buried under the tablet, but blank spaces on the stone intended for filling in the dates on which the capsule was buried and is to be opened have not been inscribed, so it is uncertain if the time capsule was ever actually put in place.
Sorry DBC, I copied it right from the article in the title line.
That time capsule needs to be loaded on a rocket ship and launched at the sun. I mean, nothing of human value can be inside.
I signed it, I want to see.
Apparently it was given to the people. It's ours to open.
