Its clear that she didn't break because the light was green(for her). She was just traveling through. By the time she saw him she'd already hit him 2 seconds later.
Now if she didn't stop and/or at least call the police and tell them it was her etc then yeah that's messed up and a whole other thing. She shouldn't get a charge for hitting him though. He ran the red light.
The only possible way she could get out of this is if she was headed to or from congress/a vote. Then she is protected by the constitution believe it or not. Although I'm not sure if that protects you from being charged latter. But sense she wasn't at fault and her only real crime was leaving the scene in theory she could just say I was headed to a vote and couldn't stop. Then the constitution would protect her.
I don't think she was going to an actual vote though so she's screwed.
Hit and run,3-5 years I bet for normal people.
Globalhomo=no charges.
Cyclist ran the red light. Car driver doesn't deserve any charge.
She didn't stop after hitting him.
That's hit and run.
It's true that the cyclist earned that. She shouldn't be charged for hitting him. But she should be for fleeing the scene of an accident.
correct
Pretty sure you are supposed to stop.
Can't really tell if she stopped or not from the short video. But yeah, I think you are right that you're supposed to stop after an accident.
I think hit and run is legal as long as the other guy ran the light or was out of the cross walk. I sure hope so!
Tru...the dude was moving though and she prolly had an appointment

But | think the bicycle broke.
brake... I'm dyslexic.
It’s called hit and run for a reason. It’s not hit and later bitch.
Even if she was late to a nail appointment? C'mon man...she's a dem!
Hit and run is never OK, under any circumstance.
Wow, what a POS. Sounds like she is refusing to resign at this point
