Deep fakes really cannot outsmart forensics, at least not yet. (I am a machine learning data generation developer and inventor on some ai patents)
Yet, also it doesn’t matter they just need to generate enough buzz to gaslight the public doesn’t matter if forensics can prove otherwise if no one is checking.
Just like the “having a shower can cause a stroke” nonsense. They always have a reason to coverup what’s coming.
Misdirect perception. As Gregg Phillips said, everything is an info op. We’re in a wide open war with Nazis and cultists but the media is presenting events as if it’s normal everyday life.

Ah, you see that's the problem. Most people are not equipped with the education, experience and tools to verify for themselves.
So really you just use the propaganda to verify it's a deep fake / not a deep fake and suppress anyone, via bribes or threats or otherwise, who dares challenge it.
It's like Auntie Mame said, "Life is a banquet and most poor suckers are starving to death" It isn't that the people don't have the education or the experience. They are just plain stupid and want to stay that way. Not sure about any of the rest of you but I don't have a PhD in research.

In order to seek new information and broaden your horizons, you have to acknowledge a thirst for information and that you don't know everything.
Some people are just incapable of having that thirst, or think they know everything, and consume the product of the propaganda machine as their foundation of knowledge
How can anything be proven when “experts” can be totally compromised and thus their evidence is unreliable. The coof showed us all that “science” and “experts” that we are supposed to trust to be impartial will Lie, either directly or by silent acquiescence to major gaslighting, to protect their paychecks so how can any “experts” be trusted now???

That's the irony, the video that would work best for deepfakes would tend towards video that would be taken in front of an audience.
The best at identifying 'deepfakes' is the ai descriminator that trains deepfakes.
However, there's some traits that make most deepfakes pretty obvious. When it's an unmoving camera, clear face to shoulders with a blurred background, that is the IDEAL for the deepfake algorithm.
Yeah even the most robust deepfakes can still easily be detected. I fear we will live to see the day where deep fakes become imperceptibly different to real speech.
