I don’t think it’s going to be anything that we expect. I also don’t think it’s going to be across the entire nation. They keep saying we have this power grid that’s connected, but when one state is having problems, another is not. I think they can affect large swaths of big cities, and that’s where most of the problems in chaos would occur. Phoenix is the fourth largest city in the nation, and even in the outskirts, I don’t think there’s going to be chaos. We’re fully prepped, and ready to go. SRP and APS cover the entire valley, so they could pull some strings here like that. But whatever. To be perfectly honest, I’m really not concerned about it. You do realize that per the Q posts, the only time "Blackout" was mentioned, it was in the context of media, and comms.

I think it'll be the first part, but, I honestly think it'll be everything, really. Everything. Gas, too. No heat. Cold.

If we are talking about a ‘normal blackout’ and why the power went out, it could be a couple or hours or a day. If electrical wires were bought down due to a storm and what area, maybe a day or 2.

A ‘brown out’ where you will get flickering power, probably resulting from street wires hitting together causing an interruption to the voltage, in say high winds. I probably would turn off TV, computers but some people have surge protection outlets.

Now if a nuclear bomb was detonated above a country or even a couple of bombs causing an EMP, this will fry all electronic and electrical for good. This attack would send a country back to the 1850s.

Julie Green has several prophecies about blackouts. On one of her videos she was elaborating on blackouts and said that she didn’t know what it would entail and whether or not it would just be a media blackout or power blackout.

I think the deepstate may hold some hefty control on some peoples utilities.

I remember the fires caused in California, Washington last summer enabled by sabotaged forest mangement.

Even in the case they don't hold control, they can hold a black op just as that fire campaign was.
