No charges have been filed in the case are you fucking kidding me. I guess that means the victim was white and the shooter was black and wont be charged at all. When are people going to stand up to this shit. Why is there not a massive protest to charge this idiot shooter. Only a black shooter can shoot people and still not be arrested and even if he gets arrested hes out a couple h ours later.
