There is no way for President Trump to have illegal possession of classified material that he accessed when he was President. And that is obviously the only time period he would have had access to such material.

As a common courtesy it might have become a tradition to check with or even seek approval of certain government agencies before doing so. But if he decides to do it, or not to do it, it's nobody's business but his own.

When the election of 2020 is decertified and DJT is found to be the LEGITIMATE President, this will be a moot point because he can retain, as President, whatever he needs to function as President. I thought a list of everything taken has to be provided by the FBI. If it is true that the FBI did not provide a list, this appears then that they violated some law regarding the search. Or did they not provide a list so that they could conveniently plant something in the materials confiscated?
