At some point in time, this "fake family" will catch up with them-specifically when they marry and have their own children. Who will they tell their children are their grandparents? And what will they do when they may need surgery and/or blood/kidney, etc. and need to have their biological relatives?

It's not freakin advertised. You need to go dig. I believe it due to how fake o is and with my own eyes. Like Big Mike, devolution, etc.
My point is that anons shouldn't just post random things and try to pass them off as being true or authentic. I'm happy to go dig in and find the source myself but many anons don't. The result is things like this get passed around and when they're debunked, it doesn't make us look good.
