I don't subscribe to the auto immune disease umbrella conditions as provided by big pharma.
I'd recommend if big pharma labels your disease as autoimmune and have no cure to run for the hills and find your own cure. On the topic, any bandaid that big phrama sells you instead of a cure - diabetes cancer heart disease- run from the pseudo science that labels groups of conditions as specific diseases. Taking their bandaidfrom phrama further degrades your life when working with "no solution resolution" types of "diseases"
They want you divided on how to heal your body when it's easier than they want you to believe. Divided into healing cancer, divided into healing auto immune diseases, divided into heart disease.
Smart and wise advice. Auto-immune disorders are just another false diagnosis peddled by establishment medicine.
Most people suffering from this wide variety of "auto-immune disorders" are experiencing "hanging healings", which are effectively prior life events/conflicts that they choose not to release/accept/allow/forgive.
Do you take/eat anything in particular that you could recommend?
exercise
sunlight
zinc
vitamin c
complete protein
This is a perfect list but I'd like to highlight how huge Zinc is especially for men. You need Zinc for testosterone production. Guess what is extremely hard to find in a multivitamin?
If you supplement with zinc without copper, you will cause problems like anemia.
Guess what oysters are high in? Zinc! Hence the libido inferences for eating oysters
If you supplement with zinc without copper, you will cause problems like anemia.
Turmeric daily, apple cider vinegar
Tumeric is good, just keep in mind it is a blood thinner. If you are already taking a blood thinner, be careful.
