You may feel that way, but I've met many people that fit this stereotype.
I also had Boomers that told me not to get into credit cards when I was young, and other Gen Xers that encouraged me to study on my own at the library and not go to college. People who got me into Bill Cooper and got me to question 9/11.
Older people have knowledge and wisdom, but unfortunately, the ones hypnotized become weaponized, and push the narrative onto their young. Not saying you do, and it hurts to be painted as one group, but you have to understand theres a plague of unawakened masses in every generation. We were once there too.
Let OP have his peace and listen with an open heart. Take the opportunity to learn about someone's pain, and you might find a gold nugget of information. This is how I've woken up thus far.
For the upcoming Great Awakening, the dissolution of Clown World, I worry about the elderly. Why? They have more years in the game.
The more decades in Clown World, the more rooted you are in its illusions. You gain comfort in thinking you know how the world works.
How do you awaken these people? We are a Celeb-obsessed culture. There is a decode suggesting 'dead' Celebs will come back to life. The words coming out of, say, Alex Trebek's mouth will be taken as Gospel for a certain demographic. Rush, another. Shinzo Abe, another.
I worry about the elderly. Why? They have more years in the game.
Same here. It's really hard to get through to them because, like OPs coworker, they just turn on the news and say the documented evidence I present is wrong.
I am reminded of Paul in "One Corinthian" 3:2 - "I gave you milk, not solid food, for you were not yet ready for it. Indeed, you are still not ready."
You know, I was just reflecting on Rush’s passing. Just played the Pretenders intro just to feel like he was coming on-every day listener.
As much as I miss him, I’m not sure that he was the right person for this particular time. I think we needed a Gen Patton for this time, and we have one in my opinion...it is Steve Bannon and Warroom.
I don’t think Rush would have pushed people towards taking over the party, running for office, school boards, pushing information out everywhere...
The Lord works in mysterious ways, I guess is my point. And really, Rush’s death hit hard. There is so much happening on 1,000 fronts. All we can do it our little part and keep going, every day...

I'm surprised you missed this.
Edit: Also why I mentioned to listen with your heart, and not your mind. Your mind is where the Cabals illusions exist. Anger will cloud judgement. Cognitive dissonance will fog your brain. Listening with your heart will unlock the key, and allow you to see the Think Mirror.
is a boomer someone that is just older than a millennial or genx'er? are boomers responsible for the mistakes the greatest generation made? are they responsible for their elders mistakes as well as their own? morons that blame "boomers" for the worlds problems are severely short sighted. I am aware of this plague of the unawakened, too bad it is on this site as well as everywhere else.
Boomer is short for "Baby Boomer" which falls under 1946 to 1964.
I'd like to point out to everyone, that Donald Trump is a boomer.
morons that blame "boomers" for the worlds problems are severely short sighted.
Well, they are younger than boomers, so they lack a level of wisdom on that alone. My personal opinion is the access to information on the internet has scrambled these lines up.
This is why I listen to younger people. With the level of internet we have now, they are going to be smarter than I am when they are my age. Their programming skills will make me feel like a boomer with a computer. Personally, I want to help them.
I also had Boomers that told me not to get into credit cards when I was young
I'm glad I didn't listen to that one as having decades of good credit history built up put me way ahead of much of my generation and was a big advantage in the last several years when used effectively.
As much as I would like to disagree with Fiat, I have met too many conservative boomers that fit this stereotype. I feel like they would rather have the old status quo back.
Look on the bright side, you don't fit the stereotype and you are boomer age and also you aren't a millennial.
I get that too many conservative boomer thing. remember, people dont like change, especially older folks. also, I dont fit the stereotype in alot of ways, so am used to it. but stating negative crap about people almost all people of a certain age, then those stating those negative stereotypes cannot argue when negative stereotypes fall against them as well. if you understand what I mean.
wow, you are lost.

I should probably sticky that.

Do the young get a pass for being g blind? Gimme a break.
Not at all.

I surely want to help them, I just hate seeing them take on fascist principles.

It was good advice to listen to when Obama became President.
I would've fell for the debt trap during those times. Instead I was just broke. Lol.
45 here, never had credit cards, never will, have outstanding credit.
Debt still makes you a slave.

Absolutely. I've been in denial about my millennial status for that reason. Kek
Found the salty boomer
its ok, if you make it to my age, the kids will despise you even more, because of your ignorance and arrogance.
