I mean it's odd that there's a photo of a watch with that time on it, given that it's such an off the wall time of day, I'd just like to know where it's from
I went through this exact mental exercise and if you look at all my comments/edits, I explain what I learned from others. Also, just learned that the capital letters spell CLOCK. Another tie-in to the watch.
Also accompanied by 98 guards (17) and transported on a 123 yr old gun carriage (123- new beginnings/start).

I'm sure there's significance to the horses walking in front of the procession too- they admitted there was no precedent for it, but the royals wouldn't change it- even when warned of the potential optics (droppings). It seemed like a deliberate decision and from the photos the car was surrounded by it. One last half-thought. Only one former act that I'm aware of involves being 'drawn' through the city behind a horse and it hasn't been done in a long time (it still won't have been, having been phased out, but I did wonder if it was a subtle nod)
