I think that is referring to all-cause mortality, not the subset of people that had some sort of illness (however, you are correct that the hospital "protocol" using ventilators was fatal for many that were subjected to it). That will probably become its own separate lawsuit.
If those numbers were for all-cause mortality, it will need to be corrected for age groups (a lot of people that get injected are old, a lot of those that don't tend to be younger, etc.)

Personally, I think the shots are terrible, but be very careful when getting hyped about statistics. They very often lie.

Also, 'scared' people (the ones who are more likely to get vaxxed) are more likely to die (especially with a constant barrage of fear-messaging from the MSM). I have NO idea how much this would skew numbers -- I'm just saying that it's a factor.
