Martha Stewart was railroaded. She was never tried for insider trading, which is what the media/gov't wanted everyone to think.
She was on trial for lying to FBI "investigators." She said she did not tell her broker to sell after she met the CEO of the company she had stock in at a party.
Broker backed up her story.
FBI "handwriting analyst" testified he reviewed the broker paperwork and concluded that ink on the paper was changed, and ultimately meant she did do what she said she didn't.
After trial and conviction, FBI analyst admitted he never looked at the paperwork. Appeals court refused to overturn conviction.
When the FBI agents are tried in Gitmo, we need to put the Gitmo necktie on them and kick the stool out from under them when they lie. Make Speedy and Fair Trials Great Again.
So it's legal for the FBI to lie anytime/anywhere even in court under swearing an oath not to lie on the stand, but not ok for someone to lie to the FBI (or if the FBI agents "think or say" someone is lying)
IT's The JURY POOL of where these trials are located...Just because they are ACQUITTED does not MEAN that if there is NEW information they can be tried again...in front of a different court.....MILITARY TRIBUNALS!!!
If you believe in our Constitution, they absolutely cannot be tried again, regardless how much new information emerges. Does not matter if it is a military tribunal. Not dooming, just point out this is a feature of our Constitution, not a bug.
Likely not charges against Danchenko, but charges against the judge (jury more complicated), sure in theory. This would be the only time charges have ever been brought against a federal judge for something like that so I wouldn’t hold your breath.
So Durham has shown that all of these people are lying, even if the juries have decided that's not a crime.
But the FBI was too stoopid or too corrupt to see through the lies.
Martha Stewart must be really, really pissed off right now...

Watch the film "The Star Chamber".
In clown world, entertainment is practically a documentary...

Didnt we just learn it IS ok to lie to them?
The FBI literally knew about the lies.... That's the whole point.
The FBI wasn't mislead, that's just them providing cover for themselves.
The FBI knew it was BS. Period.

Too many people want to shred the Constitution simply because they're not getting their way in something.

Likely not RICO in any event.
