The Q drop above is from after he died. Q drop 1706 was 30 days before he died, and the timestamp was 18:28 Eastern time. Also check out Q drop 1649. The day after McCain died, when the nation flew flags at half staff, was International Dog Day.

The time zones are confusing coz some Q websites use EST and others use EDT. Q always uses D.C. local which has daylight savings swapping between EST and EDT.
