The airstream would carry it mostly East and South. However, that wouldn't be an issue again, as a dirty device is no where near comparable in fallout to say a tactical nuke which has relatively minimal fallout in the scale of ordinance applicable.
Contamination levels would depend on the size of the dirty bomb.
Unless something has changed, a dirty bomb usually implies something that is relatively low yield (even lower yield than a tactical nuke) and, quite possibly, shoddily designed. These kinds of bombs would be used by terrorists or or other elements that wouldn't want to be identified. They're designed to spread a lot of radiation in a relatively small area (maybe a couple of city blocks). You'd need a hell of a lot of dirty bombs to spread significant radiation across half the center of Europe :-).
If a dirty bomb like what I described above goes off, I think you'd be fine where you are ... after such an event, you'll eventually be able to detect a tiny uptick in radiation almost anywhere on the planet, but the levels will be virtually negligible.
Tactical nukes are military battlefield nukes only a lot smaller ... those are a totally different animal ... those are more like traditional nuclear weapons. Those usually have the ability to wipe out everything within a 0.1 km or more of where it goes off and will kick up a lot more fallout ... still, if it's limited to the use of only a few of them, I don't think you'll have any problems where you are located.
One final note, the DS doesn't seems to be more in control of the Western Part of Ukraine ... if these things are going to go off, they'll more than likely be going off in the East.
