Now raise your hand if you knew it was true FROM THE BEGINNING with Hoover.
Hoover was a trailblazer for the Gender Confusion movement, as well as for the surveillance and/or blackmail of every politician, activist, celebrity, and so on. Truly ahead of his time.
(Reality check: spying on people, blackmail and extortion, and gender confusion were nothing new even in the 1930s, of course. But Hoover upped the game here in the Republic.)
